Our second stay at Casa per Ferie
A wonderful atmosphere. Clean comfortable rooms and very good breakfasts. Lovely situation close to excellent safe beach. Welcoming staff who were always helpful.

Nice hotel close to the beach
Overall the hotel was a very pleasant stay and any minor negatives were far outweighed by the positives. The positives were the hotel was very clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, it was next to a nice quiet beach, it was surrounded by lovely grounds to eat and get out of the sun, it has decent local amenities and a bus stop right outside which can take you to the Venice ferry port or Jesolo and Aqualandia. The only real major negative was the lunch and dinner menus were limited to one option, so if you want to eat in the hotel the options are very limited. However, there was a nice place to eat only a few minutes walk away which compensated for this. Therefore, I would highly recommend this hotel, ideally suited to a family holiday or individuals that want a relaxed experience with the beach and grounds but also have the access to a more active holiday in the wider area.

Good place to stay
Right on the beach and set in beautiful grounds this is a very clean, quite Spartan place to stay. The staff are charming, breakfast excellent, better than many 4 star hotels.

Perfect for family stay with private beach
Booked 2 nights through Expedia for 3 guest (2 adults +up to1 infant/child) with balcony. When arrived to the guest house room, it wasn't a room without balcony. Asked staff about it, the girl who worked at the reception said it wasn't in your booking. Checking out was another problem, a women at check out said your booking was only for 2 adults and not including kid. And saying it would be okay if he was up to 3 years old. Therefore, she asked how old my son was. I said he was 3 years and 4 months old. Then it was fine by her. Meaning if he was older, they would charge us extra for my son staying. I would never go back to this place unless this misunstanding caused by procedure of the booking.

Good place for a family.
Travelled with my wife and two kids. The place is not fancy, but very clean, and quiet, and is right next to the beach. The ferry to Venice is about a 15 minute drive. The ferry was a fun way to get to San Marco in Venice (about 30 minutes boat ride, with a cost of 7 euro each way, free for kids up to 6 years old. Parking near the ferry was an extra 5 euro for the day) If you want party central, then this isn't your place. But if you want a place that has a nice playroom for kids, a playground, and a beach, and with no drunk or loud people, then this would be suitable.

Man fühlte sich in dem großen Haus sehr alleine gelassen ( es war ja auch Februar ). Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden.

Otroligt lyhört, man hör när det talas i rummet bredvid. Dyrt att hyra solstol, ännu dyrare att hyra solsängar(200:-/dag) När man checkar ut läggs det på en "city tax" som endast informeras på italienska info.blad. Kommer INTE att återvända!
