"Good location. Definitely higher end. Wine and beer free in minibar. But in Juliette 's courtyard, so teeming with tourists from 9 to 7. Our room was over the street, so fairly noisy. Can drown out mostly with a/c full blast. Also they own a restaurant in the Piazza, menus in the room, that is a tourist trap. Mediocre food, unfriendly waiters. After adding a cover charge, he slapped down a box a said that was for the tip. So hotel is nice if u don't mind lots of people, but stay far away from...

"Really easy check-in process and comfy room located in a central location in Verona. The room was clean and cosy, however the walls are super thin so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. I awoke to I am guessing the manager of the property on the phone to someone right outside my door telling them they "you are clearly not very educated, stop calling and enquire about your reservation on email".Which wasn't the wake up call I would have liked. "

"We had to do the online-checkin process 3 times. The 3rd one we had to do it outside the building, under the sun at 35 degrees centigrades because they didn't have the confirmation of the previous checkins in their system, evethough ee already had received the confirmation #. All the communication with the responsible of the hotel was via Messages. After 40 minutes under the sun, he finally sent us the codes to access the building and the room. Lovely hotel in a great location
"Lovely clean hotel in a great location. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean, and our balcony was a nice feature. The breakfast buffet was large and included some American fare. The location was very close to the Arena and a major bus stop connecting you to the main train station. "
