Late evening arrival, early departure the next day. Easy to get to. Friendly staff that was willing to arrange our taxi back to the airport and I've us a little breakfast to go early in the morning.

Hotel within walking distance to Zagreb airport
Less than ten minute walk to the airport terminal. Room was pleasant, though bathroom was a little tight. Could use modernizing. Dinner and breakfast in the onsite restaurant were both very tasty.

Convenient hotel in walking distance to airport
The main issue we had was that we got an email at 5PM the day of check-in telling us that we had to pay in cash. This is not something to tell a customer just before they arrive (or in our case get on a plane to come to the hotel).

This is a great hotel to stay if you have a flight to catch, it's within easy walking distance. The hotel is very basic and little dated but staff is very friendly and willing to help

An OK basic hotel close to the ZAG airport
They only accept cash (no credit cards). The hotel is a 2 min drive to the airport terminal, or 10 min walk. Room was OK, but really basic. Staff was very friendly.

Just over 5 minutes walk from Zagreb airport but you never would have guessed given how quiet and residential the neighbourhood is. Hotel wasn't busy so staff took the initiative to upgrade my room, which I really appreciated. Free welcome drink when you enter the room was a nice touch as well. Wi fi was fine the vast majority of the time. Staff very friendly, answered all questions about the city, getting around etc and always available to help when needed. Ideal place if you want something near the airport that isn't too extravagant

Not bad, easy walk to the airport (1.1km)... nice room, tv seemed to only get one channel and it was not air conditioned with a mini bar like it advertised but It was a discounted price so I guess it was missing some stuff... WiFi was very weak too...but to sleep in overnight it was very good for me, I stayed a saturday night and it was really quiet outside. I would like recommend it to stay in for a night

Quirky, fun, comfortable.
We needed to stay just one night in Zagreb close to the airport to link two flights. This small hotel was delightful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the receptionist turned into a waitress to bring us our dinner on the lovely patio. We had two rooms; one was a fairly (albeit charming) hotel room with a double bed. The other was a "triple" with a smallish double bed and two singles. This room was very quirky with a crystal chandelier, a grand piano (!) and a kitchen. My mother, who had suffered a fall and was exhausted from travelling, grumbled that it wasn't a normal room, but it was comfortable, spacious, and fun. I gave 4's rather than 's above due to my mother's reaction, but I personally disagreed with her and would have given 5's. The staff, especially the evening host Ivana, was charming and chatty without being imposing. It was overall a very positive experience. Our only note of warning: the hotel holds your booking with a credit card but much prefers that you pay cash. (Nearly all establishments in Croatia prefer cash, but this was the only hotel where we found the interface between Expedia and the hotel to be less than smooth.) The hotel handled with with flexibility and aplomb; we did not feel manipulated and ultimately did pay with a credit card, but others may find it more convenient to have enough cash (kunas, Euros, or even dollars).

Within walking distance to the hotel. The food was pretty good, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were a little worn down, but decorated nicely and very comfortable. The only negative was that I was surprised with having to pay cash due to their credit card machine being down.

Hotel very close to the airport
We choose this hotel because we had an early flight out of Zegrab to Vancouver .The location was perfect as we just walked from our hotel to the airport.We arrived around 10 pm and there restaurant was closed .The front staff member who was etremely pleasant offered to order in a pizza for us and ran to get us a cold drink while we waited.We had our pizza and headed up to our room to find the air conditioning wasnt working .A call to the front desk solved the problem in a hurry.Another pleasant staff member came to our room and fixed the air conditioning. In the morning we enjoyed a really nice breakfast that was included in to the price of the hotel.I would stay here again if I needed a place near the airport.

Convenient, clean hotel a short walk from airport
We chose this hotel because we arrived late at night onto Zagreb and wanted a convenient airport hotel before leaving the next morning. This hotel fit the bill! It was a simple, 5-minute walk from the airport. The next morning we had an okay breakfast (nothing too exciting, but it was nice not to have to worry about finding food on our own) and then walked back to the airport to pick up a rental car. No complaints.

Perfect if you have an early flight out or Early drive. Very friendly and helpful staff. I got there very late and had late dinner menu which was pretty good. They had parking, so I could just take off as early as needed. Room is clean.

For convenience, cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, and all the other important things that really matter this hotel gets five stars. It really is within easy walking distance of the airport and rental cat return making it the absolute perfect place to stay when you have a late arrival or early departure in Zagreb. For tackiness of decor and over-the-top "interior decoration" it gets one star. Still not sure if this is for real or if it's all done tongue-in-cheek, but either way it's a hoot, and it in no way detracted from our experience. In fact, it made our short stay a lot more interesting. It was like something out of Austin Powers. Groovey!

Very good hotel. Hotel decor was modern and a bit funky in a good way. It was within walking distance to Zagreb airport so was convenient for early flights and yet not noisy despite being near the airport. Had a 5.50am flight which was before breakfast time so hotel staff packed takeway lunch for me. Pillow was a bit flat but bed was still comfortable

Very convenient to airport
Lots of flight crew stay here; it's super convenient to the airport, walking distance actually, so if you're just stopping over for a day or two, it's great. Public transportation gets you into the city proper easily enough. And the staff here is very friendly and helpful.

Charming boutique hotel
We were only in Zagreb for one night and stayed here because it was close to the airport. It was perfect! The hotel is unique, eclectic and clean, and it's definitely walking distance to the airport terminal. The staff helped hook us up with a driver who took us downtown, showed us the sights, gave us free time to roam and dine, and brought us back. Excellent evening for our last night in Croatia.

Good location, but too many problems.
Very good location near the airport... but there a lot of those. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but there were numerous problems which made it a poor experience. First, the air-conditioning didn't work and I had to hunt down a new remote. Not so bad, except that when I went to have a shower the handle broke off mid-stream and wouldn't turn off or cooler, so we had to switch rooms. At first I was told there wasn't another one available (except for one on the other side of the hotel facing a very loud house-party across the street, which I wasn't keen on), then one magically became available immediately beside our old room. This new room smelt of smoke and seemed a little run down, but at least the shower worked. Finally, by way of compensation for our troubles, the manager offered us a free drink... thank, but no thanks! Not very classy or appreciated.

The staff at Hotel Pleso was delightfully welcoming and helpful. The receptionist took us to our room and offered a boxed breakfast, since we were departing too early to eat the complimentary breakfast at the hotel. We told her we were leaving at 6AM and the breakfast was ready before 5:45AM. It included a sandwich, yogurt and delicious peach. The room was very pleasant. The travel time to the airport was about 6 minutes from the hotel.

So convenient to the airport
I stayed here before an early morning flight after dropping my rental car off at the airport. Saved me a days car rental and I walked from the airport back to the hotel. And the taxi in the morning wasn't expensive. The hotel seems popular with flight crew - I saw several coming and going. I would have liked a little more choice at breakfast, but other than that, it was great. I will be staying there on my next trip to Zagreb instead of one of the big hotels downtown. It was peaceful and quiet and had free parking and very nice staff.

No signs to Hotel, don't go at night
While the hotel is about 5-10 minutes away by foot, there are no signs telling you where it is. We arrived about 10pm, We got lost for about an hour. We also wasted 15 minutes knocking at the Sobe Pleso around he corner. The rooms are Gody, like if Alladin or a Persian Prince picked out the design.

Convenient to airport
Hotel Pleso is very close to the airport, so it is convenient to stay there when you have an early flight. I was there on a Sunday, and the hotel restaurant was closed. There are no cafes or restaurants in the neighborhood, but the hotel staff was very helpful in ordering a dinner delivery for me. They will arrange for a shuttle to the airport for you for about $10. It is not a destination hotel, but serves as a clean, quiet, and safe place to stay before flying out of town.

I do believe that the title says a lot. The room smelled like sewage. As did the restaurant in the basement. The staff was young and polite. The hotel was difficult to find as the signs were difficult to follow. And lastly, the morning desk attendant did not understand her job completely and failed to give one of our party's passports back and it caused additional cost and irritation as we had reached the airport and had to go back. On the brighter side, they paid for half of the cab trip. Yay! (Sarcasm)

Walk to/from Airport
Had an early morning flight after late night arrival and did not want to transport back to city of Zagreb. After claiming baggage and locating hotel on GPS, walked out of baggage claim, through airport, strolled through a small park and left airport area through a pedestrian gate. Walk took 7 minutes. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Our restaurant server for dinner was the check in attendant. Rooms were spacious and clean. There may only be eight or ten rooms total in this three floor building. So Much easier than taxi into central zagreb and back to airport. Not much to do nearby though.

Great hotel for overnight layover.
Could not have been happier with my stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to arrange dinner for me when I arrived late at night. The room was clean an comfortable. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the terminal building and provides for easy access for early morning flights. Would definitely stay there again if I have a layover in Zagreb.

I was pleasantly surprised with this nice little hotel incredibly close to the airport, yet in a nice quiet neighborhood. The hotel is clean and nicely furnished. Room was very comfortable and staff was really great. There is a on site restaurant with some local cuisine to try. The walk to the terminal in the morning took a total of 5 minutes from front desk to baggage drop off! Shorter than the walk from terminal parking for most airports! Really good deal for an overnight in Zagreb.

Over Night in Zagreb.
We stayed at the Pleso while passing through Zagreb. It was a good choice as it is a 5 minute walk to the Airport Terminal. The reception staff were very nice and helpful, they even prepared a bag lunch for our breakfast as our flight left before their restaurant opened. They also ordered a taxi to pick us up at 5:00 A.M., and called to be sure we arose in time to go. The facility looked nice, clean and neat, as was the room. We have no problem recommending the Pleso. T and S

Great location to access quick ride to the airport. Staff was very helpful an the room was nice, except the shower. The shower curtain was really old and torn, and the water took forever to heat. When it finally did, it was either scalding or cold. Decent breakfast as well.
