This marvellous villa is located in a spectacular, 3500-square-metre wide property on the outskirts of Velez-Malaga, on the Costa del Sol and between the towns of Triana and Benamargosa and the Lake Viñuela. Hidden between lush plantations of mangoes and avocados, among olive and almond trees, and vineyards, this villa is surrounded by a 1800-square-metre property. As it is protected with a fence, your pet will also be able to enjoy the villa. This is a magic place if you're looking for a quiet place to spend your holidays, as the hustle and bustle of the Coast is 20 minutes far by car, as well as the golf courses Baviera Golf and Añoreta Golf. The villa, which has recently been renovated, features a spacious dining-living room and a completely equipped open kitchen. From here, you can access the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bunk bed, and the other with a double bed. The bathroom with a big walk-in shower is big enough for the six guests of this villa. The 300-square-metre outdoor area welcomes a 4x8 sq-mt private pool with Roman steps, a barbeque in a 20 sq-mt covered kitchen, an outdoor toilet and a 90 sq-mt solarium. The gorgeous garden, which welcomes palm trees and Mediterranean shrubs, provides plenty of shade. In addition to a porch, there is a sunny terrace that offers spectacular views of the coast. Aber wenn man ein Haus für bis 6 Personen vermietet dann sind 2 Liegen am Pool etwas wenig. Auch sollte hier erwähnt werden, dass es nur spanisches Fernsehen gibt. Uns hat das nicht gestört, wichtiger war das gut funktionierende WLAN. Toll war auch die Ausstattung des Poolhauses: Kühlschrank, Grill, Elektro-Herd, Dusche, WC, große Sitzecke und jede Menge Steckdosen. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und würden das Ferienhaus direkt wieder mieten. ##### Bernhard R. La casa es como viene en las fotos de la web, tiene todas las comodidades para disfrutarla, llena de color, luz y muy acogedora. El porche es perfecto para cualquier momento del dia, una comida, juegos de mesa, un café...el jardin tiene una generosa y variada arboleda, que junto con las plantas aportan un ambiente muy natural, fresco y relajante. Ideal para que jueguen niños, mascotas, o para dar un paseo y recrearse un poco. La zona del mirador es un rincón estupendo, para perder la vista donde quiera que mires, y por la noche un observatorio ideal para conocer constelaciones, cazar estrellas fugaces, o disfrutar de una romantica noche estrellada. La zona de pisicina es genial, bbq, vitroceramica, todo lo necesario para poder pasar el dia entero, es un lujo, y mucho mas, disfrutarla. La dueña de la casa es encantadora, te informa de todo acerca de la casa, y no duda en recomendarte lugares para visitar, rutas, sitios para comer, o tapear. Es altamente recomendable para familias, con niños, mascotas, parejas, amigos.... No dudamos en volver pronto, y tomarnos unos dias mas para repetir, lo pasamos muy bien, 100% satisfactorio. Decorada con un gusto exquisito, con un estilo cercano al mejicano, pero La casa es una preciosidad. Decorada con un gusto exquisito, con un estilo cercano al mejicano, pero con detalles rurales por todos lados. La disposición es idónea, ya que la zona de la casa esta apartada de la zona de barbacoa y piscina, por lo que se puede descansar y/o disfrutar de música en distintos sitios sin molestar los unos a los otros. Las vistas no son una maravilla, pero la tranquilidad que transmiten hacen que desayunar en el mirador que esta en la zona de la vivienda, te transporte a un paraíso idílico. Lo unico que no nos gusto demasiado fue la ubicacion.
