Near AIX EN PROVENCE (15 mins) on the edge of a very beautiful hill T. 3 of 80 m2 on the 1st floor of a magnificent typically Provencal villa, nestled in the middle of a one hectare park, planted with trees (olive trees, swimming pool , lawn, flowers etc)  
Unsecured 12m x 6m pool  
the swimming pool is authorized for children only under the supervision of the parents  
HOUSING  
2 bedrooms with a 160 x 200 bed, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, television, bed and bathroom linen  
1 bathroom with walk-in shower, w. c independent
