Zugang bekommt man über einen Feldweg.Das Grundstück ist groß, mit einer kleinen Rutsche und Sandkiste im Garten.Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand, der Vermieter setzt nach und nach alles in Stand.Als nächstes müsste das kleine Bad in Angriff genommen werden, das lässt zu wünschen übrig.
