The beach is a short 5 min drive away. Villa Bella is a charming penthouse situated on the 3rd floor. (This is a walk up condo, no elevator) This captivating space showcases an open concept layout that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Unwind in the living room, complete with a smart TV, games, and comfortable seating that's perfect for quality time with loved ones. Walk upstairs to the terrace, where you can relax enjoying the ocean view while sunbathing. Villa Bella features 3 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay for up to seven guests. The master suite boasts a queen bed, an attached full bathroom, a smart TV, and a closet. The second boasts a queen bed, with a smart TV and closet. The third bedroom boasts a full size bed with a closet. There is also a loft with air conditioning that sleeps one person comfortably on a twin day bed with a smart TV and half bathroom. Both full bathrooms are thoughtfully stocked with complimentary amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and resort-style towels, providing you with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Villa Bella is also stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, a cooler, a boogie board, beach toys, and board games. We also offer a pack and play and high chair for those traveling with little ones. Community Pool hours- Mondays 1pm to 10pm Tuesday through Sunday 6am-8pm June and July pool is open until 10pm Basketball court is available 8am to 8pm daily We are pleased to inform you that there is parking space available for up to two cars in front of the unit. A full inspection is performed before and after each reservation to ensure the quality and condition of the property. As you may have heard, Puerto Rico’s utility infrastructure can sometimes require maintenance due to ocasional storms and hurricanes. As such, services like power and water can on occasions be interrupted for up keeping or maintenance. These interruptions, although uncommon, can interrupt services for a few hours. If this happens during your stay, we really appreciate your patience while the services get restored.
