Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views while benefiting from the immediate proximity to shops, restaurants and the PostBus station – all within easy walking distance. With optimal snow conditions, ski-in/ski-out is possible directly from the apartment. A parking space in the underground garage is available, though rarely needed: the ski slopes, village life and numerous leisure activities are practically on your doorstep. The perfect place to start your holiday in a relaxed atmosphere – surrounded by stylish, lovingly furnished and luxurious surroundings.  
This very spacious and centrally located maisonette apartment in Lenzerheide accommodates up to 8 guests – ideal for families or groups (maximum 6 adults and 2 children). It stands out for its peaceful location, breathtaking views of the ski area and the possibility of ski-in/ski-out when snow conditions are ideal. On the lower level, you’ll find a bright and generously sized living room with access to the sunny southwest-facing terrace – perfect for relaxing in both summer and winter. The modern, open-plan kitchen is equipped with a high-quality coffee machine and the adjoining dining area comfortably seats up to 8 people. A fireplace adds a cozy touch on colder days. Also on this floor is a bedroom with two single beds and an open gallery. On the gallery level is the maisonette-style sleeping area with two additional single beds – ideal for children or teenagers. A separate guest bathroom with WC is also available. Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms with double beds, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub, WC and an integrated washer-dryer unit.
