Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 45 m² flat for rent in Vaux-sur-Mer, 300 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a sleeping area and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area  
\- An open-plan kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- A sleeping area with a double bed (140×190) in the living room  
\- A shower room

Outside area :  
\- A south-east-facing balcony, with furniture to make the most of fine weather  
  
The flat is ideally located in Vaux-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
