I stay in this hotel often and I don’t really ever feel the staff is friendly or welcoming other than some of the restaurant staff. The rooms are spacious but very basic and some amenities are cheap. Parking is decent. The hotel should use it’s leverage with the mall across the road to install a sidewalk. Walking to the mall can be dangerous.

Stayed at this hotel many time, was not happy this last time, there was not furniture in the room except a desk office chair, 2 beds. I went down to main desk and complained that there was no sitting chairs in our room and if you go on line to see photos there are 2 sitting chairs in room. The women just said oh not sure why.!!! We stayed 2 nights and she did not offer us another room nor did she get chairs put into the room. She then told me that they are remodeling the hotel, which was not solving the problem. Also I had to ask about my Expedia free drinks she did not give them to me until I asked. I will be staying at Aloft Hotel next time which is right beside this hotel next time.
