Villa Osca is the ideal place to relax and enjoy that peace and tranquility in typical Abruzzese style. Choose your perfect holiday: a weekend away from home, a whole week off from work, a long stay to write a book or simply recharge your batteries.
The villa is located in a place called vignola and has a typically Mediterranean appearance (42. 151483 N 14. 714300 E). Vignola is located near the nature reserve of Punta Aderci and Punta Penna
The villa is about 500 square meters large. on an area of about 4000 square meters. The structure is divided into three floors with the peculiarity that each floor is located on the ground floor thanks to the construction that follows the slope towards the sea. Each floor therefore has its own entrance, independent terrace with barbecue, sunbeds, deckchairs and much more. There are communal areas such as the swimming pool and the play area where you will find a ping pong table. There are bikes and scooters available for guests. A special feature that we offer, among the many services, is the free weekly cleaning with change of bed and bathroom kit.
The wi-fi network installed has external repeaters and antennas in order to receive the signal even comfortably in the pool or on the terrace.
We organize, on request, guided tours or excursions, dinners with private chefs, massages and boat trips along the coast of the Trabucchi coast or to the nearby Tremiti islands
Villa Osca is a private villa located on the sea of Vasto, in Abruzzo, in the province of Chieti, on a promontory with a direct view of the Adriatic. The owners are a young couple with a passion for gardening. Villa Osca is the ideal place to relax and enjoy that peace and tranquility in typical Abruzzese style.
It is possible, to order, to organize mini cruises with lunch on board and numerous entertainments on a beautiful 47-foot yaht.
As we said the villa is located in Vignola near the national reserve Punta Aderci (100 meters from the sea and a few kilometers from the town. You can choose to use the beach below the villa (in crushed stone) or a couple of kilometers is the beach of Punta Penna (
A few meters from the villa is the camping village La Grotte del Saraceno and the Acqualand del Vasto water park
Included are: bed linen, towels, parking inside the villa's enclosure, welcome drink with fruit basket, use of household appliances, electricity, gas, and a Vespa for walks around.
It includes the use of 1 umbrella with deckchair and sunbed at a beach resort in the vast Marina.
Dogs or cats are welcome.

Magnifique!

Nous avons profité de la localisation parfaite du logement pour nous rendre à Punta Aderci,la réserve naturelle de Vasto, qui est un lieu splendide.On est très proche du centre de Vasto (5minutes) et de Vasto Marina lorsque l'on réside chez Rosa et Ettore qui sont des hôtes vraiment très accueillants et d'un grand secours en cas de nécessité(le petit est tombé malade...).Nous disposions de tout le nécessaire dans le logement pour passer d'agréables moments en famille: cuisiner, se reposer, jouer... Nous avons passé dix jours mémorables dans ce petit paradis!Grazie.

A beautifully located house, with a view of the sea from the patio, lots of greenery, and peace and quiet. A kind and welcoming host, a bottle of wine and a platter of fruit as a welcome gift—and, what was truly exceptional, a stocked fridge, bread, coffee—we didn’t expect that at all.We were traveling with our dog, who is afraid of other dogs and really dislikes cats. There were dogs and cats on the property, but the dogs were calm (especially Polpetto), and the cats were practically invisible...Someone mentioned that there’s a railway line nearby. That’s true, but it didn’t bother us at all.The only downside was the occasional lack of hot water in the showers.All in all, it’s definitely worth it.It’s a pity it’s so far away, but who knows? Maybe we’ll come back.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut. Es war uns zu ruhig. Da ich gehbehindert bin waren wir immer auf das Auto angewiesen. Die Beschreibung zum Steinstrand haben nicht gestimmt es war alles verwildert. Das beste war die Klimaanlage.

Absolutely LOVELY villa and outdoor spaces and activities

My family thoroughly loved staying in this spacious, comfortable, fun villa! Upon arrival after a very long travel day, we were surprised to find delicious snacks and drinks. We all had comfortable rooms/beds to sleep, clean showers. We enjoyed the outdoors and the beautiful summer weather playing in the pool, riding bikes to the beach to swim & find rocks. We picked fresh herbs on the patio to cook some fresh meals and eat outside to enjoy the breathtaking ocean air and view. Our host were welcoming and amazing - so quick to help if we needed anything.

Nicht ganz was im Inserat verkauft wird, aber dennoch ganz okay

Negative kritik: Es handelt sich bei dem Objeckt NICHT um ein Ferienhaus!!!, es ist zwar eine Villa über 3 Etagen jedoch aufgeteilt in die Wohnung des Inhabers (Keller sozusagen) und 2 Apartments ( Eg + 1 Og). Ich habe eigentlich auf ein Ferienhaus allein nur für mich und meine Begleitung gehofft bzw. es als Solches über das Inserat gebucht. (extreme enttäuschung) Dünne Wände, es ist nicht schön morgens von Krach und Kindergeschrei geweckt zu werden. Die Besitzerin hat zwar angegeben dass Haustiere erlaubt sind jedoch nur weil ständig 6 Katzen und ein großer Hund sich frei auf dem Gelände bewegen. Bei uns führte das zu unangenehmen Auseinandersetzungen der Tiere mit unserem Hund. Der nächste Sandstrand ist etwa 5-10 km entfernt. Mückengitter an den fenstern sehr stark beschädigt. Schimmel am Fenster in der dusche und undichte Duschkabine. Bilder im Inserat sind Uralt, das Haus, die Terasse, der Pool, und das gesamte Gelände sind bei weitem nicht mehr so gepflegt wie auf den Fotos. Gewächs schränkt die Aussicht auf das Meer extrem ein. Keine möglichkeit trotz Leerstehenden 2ten Apartments. zu tauschen, da uns die aussicht von der Terasse im Eg sehr viel mehr gefiel. Besitzerin spricht leider ausschließlich nur italienisch. Sehr viele Stechmücken. BAHNSTRECKE unmittelbar vor der Villa!, dementsprechend sehr viel Zuglärm. Katzen toben sich gerne an den Mülltonnen aus um an den Inhalt zu kommen. Nur wenige Türen oder Holztore lassen sich richtig schließen/öffnen. Neutrale Kritik: Alt und Neumodische Möbelausstattung je Zimmer ( Geschmackssache ) für eine Villa recht klein aber Fein. ( Recht unzureichend-, aber: ) beleuchtete Terasse Positive Kritik: Sehr sauber. Waschmaschiene vorhanden. Küche ausreichend bestückt. Hertzlicher Empfang. In der Einfahrt ist Platz für mindestens 2 Pkw, somit sind die Fahrzeuge immer auf dem Gelände in unmittelbarer nähe der Apartments. Sehr beeindruckende Aussicht. Sehr Tolerante Inhaberin im bezug auf Abendlichen (-Grill und Terrassen) -Lärm. Geländebetreuung kümmert sich um die Müllentsorgung. Gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe vorhanden. Viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Gute Raumaufteilung, 2 Schlafzimmer, eines davon mit eigenem Badezimmer. jeweils 1 großes Doppelbett mit 1 großen Matratze und ein kleines Enzelbett pro Schlafzimmer. Sehr Sichere Eingangstür. Schöner Eingangsbereich mit Durchreiche vom Flur in die Küche im oberen Apartment. Gut beleuchtete Räumlichkeiten. 7/10 * Allgemein

Beautyful

Hi the Villa ist perfect, clean, big and very beautyful! A perfect location fort relaxing with the family. The host are very friendly and helpful. They give tips for locations, restaurants and attractions. They help us with our damage car. It was incredible. At the arrival everything was perfect, for example, clean and tidy, a filled fridge and drinks were there, the kitchen equipment has left nothing to be desired.

Lovely location. Quiet and peaceful. Villa was great....beautiful bedrooms with excellent comfortable beds. Rosa and her husband had left us lots of treats...meats....cheese..olives...pasta...wine..water...bread etc! Very generous. Great outdoor space. My 4 year old grand daughter fell in love with the cat and my son with the Labrador!. View of the sea was great in the morning and in moonlight. Not far from Vasto promenade which was fantastic for cycling children!. Great spaghetti vongole at a beachside bar and lovely play area. Very sad to leave.

Vasto paradise

Wonderful home, so well appointed and welcoming! Our hosts were amazing, and had lovely snacks waiting for us. We were delayed due to flight difficulties, and they offered another day at no charge. It was off season, quiet, beautiful, and peaceful! I would absolutely return here if visiting Vasto again.

La casa è molto più bella di ciò che si vede nelle foto, arredata con cura, completa di qualsiasi cosa. Il giardino è splendido, con la piscina vista mare che regala una vista mozzafiato. Per i bambini ci sono un tappeto elastico, ping pong, cesto da basket, reti da calcio...per gli adulti rilassanti amache e lettini da spiaggia. Vale ogni centesimo speso. La signora Rosa è una persona squisita, gentile, cordiale e disponibile. La casa non è in paese ma ci si arriva in cinque minuti. Parto con tanta tristezza!

Luogo incantevole con affaccio diretto sul mare.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato impeccabile. La casa è molto ben organizzata con tutti i comfort a nostra disposizione. La villa gode di una posizione fantastica con vista sul mare, circondata dal verde e nel silenzio assoluto. Ciononostante a pochi minuti di macchina si può facilmente raggiungere il graziosissimo centro di Vasto e Marina di Vasto. I proprietari sono stati molto cortesi e sempre disponibili a soddisfare nel migliore dei modi le nostre richieste. Assolutamente consigliato se si vuole passare un soggiorno in completo relax con in sottofondo le onde del mare circondati dalla natura.

Bellissima casa troppo distante dal mare e dal centro di vasto piscina poco pulita

Cada molto bella, pulita proprietaria cordiale e disponibile. Bellissima vista mare. La spiaggia sottostante non è facilmente accessibile e comunque distante non adatto a chi non vuole usare la macchina. Abbiamo soggiornato nella settimana di ferragosto e purtroppo usare la macchina non è così consigliabile

bellissima esperienza a Villa Osca!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Osca, nell'appartamento più grande, la prima settimana di luglio. Rosa ed Ettore ci hanno accolto con grande disponibilità e simpatia;all'arrivo abbiamo potuto constatare che tutto quello menzionato come dotazione dell'appartamento era effettivamente a disposizione compreso pane, frutta, bibite, affettato ed il necessario per i primi due giorni, finalmente abbiamo potuto viaggiare"leggeri" pur soggiornando in un appartamento! La struttura è dotata di tutto il necessario e pulitissima sia all'interno che all'esterno, ampia terrazza vista mare molto attrezzata con piscina in comune davvero incredibile, che trovavamo pulita tutte le mattine. A 5 minuti di'auto abbiamo approfittato di ombrellone (la"palma" gigantesca con ombra per tutti!) lettini e sdraio in un bello stabilimento balneare, compreso nel prezzo, davvero un bel vantaggio.La spiaggetta a 100 mt. non ci ha entusiasmato, solo ciottoli... I padroni di casa ci hanno dato consigli per ristoranti (fantastica la cena sul trabocco "Cungurelle") e siti da visitare, per non parlare della mini-crociera lungo la costa dei trabocchi a bordo di una barca della flotta Abruzzo Skipper organizzata da Ettore;bellissima gita al tramonto con ottima cena e gentilissimo personale a bordo. Insomma una vacanza consigliatissima!

La casa e il posto sono meravigliosi. Le foto non rendono fino in fondo la bellezza e la comodità della abitazione. La zona è assolutamente tranquilla e la vista sul mare è unica. I proprietari sono persone molto gentili e disponibili. Consigliato assolutamente anche a famiglie con bambini e adolescenti.

Posto incantevole - ottima ospitalità

la bellezza naturale del luogo unita alla estrema cura delle parti esterne della villa, con il suo splendido giardino, nonché la funzionalità e ottimo stato dell'abitazione e dei suoi arredi, nonché della completezza degli accessori, fanno di Villa Osca, in particolare con riguardo all'appartamento 1 dove abbiamo soggiornato, un posto ideale per chi vuole vivere una vacanza in un ambiente tipico dei luoghi delle regioni più aperte verso il mediterraneo senza rinunciare alla comodità delle spiagge del medio Adriatico con l'aggiunta di una visibile pulizia del mare. Ciò nonostante il sacrificio non trascurabile di doversi spostare in auto, anche se per un tragitto non eccessivo, circa 10 minuti. La descrizione contenuta nell'annuncio corrisponde pienamente alla realtà e la pulizia sia esterna che interna all'abitazione è degna di un particolare encomio. Così come pure, sono degne di nota positiva l'assistenza da parte dei proprietari, la loro disponibilità, la messa a disposizione di tutto quanto occorrente per la vivibilità della casa, unitamente alla loro discrezione. La vicinanza al mare, inoltre, consente di poter fruire dei suoi benefici, visivi e salutari, in tutta continuità. Unico neo è la mancanza di qualche altro condizionatore nell'abitazione che anche nelle settimane più calde consentirebbe un soggiorno perfetto. La molto positiva valutazione del soggiorno a Villa Osca ne consiglia la sua promozione ad amici e parenti.

Superschöne Wohnung

Eine superschöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Ein sehr hilfbereites und freundliches Vermieterpaar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist mit allem nötigen eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
