A seamless check in with their mobile check in option that allowed us to go straight to the room once arriving. I had forgotten to print some important documents and when I asked for recommendations on a printing place they without hesitation offered to print for me. It is clear to see that they will do whatever they need to ensure their guests have an enjoyable stay. Definitely will be back! "

"We liked that it was close to eerything we wanted to do in Seattle before oour Alaska cruise on Norwegian left on sunday morning. We were able to get down to the wharf to roam through all of the little shops and get a fish dinner at a market across the street, and most important my grandson got to see a soccer match."

"The Murano hotel is conveniently located in downtown Tacoma in walking distance from the museums we wanted to visit. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and decorated with glass art. The only downside was that only 1 out of 6 EV chargers on the parking lot was for non-Tesla vehicles. And that place was taken by a car which was finished charging but the owner didn’t bother to free the parking space. I wish the administration of the hotel would monitor such situations."
