### La Maya - Appt vue montagne

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Vars, this charming 39 m² flat with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance, which can comfortably accommodate 6 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, an open-plan sleeping area and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)  
\- An open-plan sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)  
\- A shower room with shower and WC  
  
Outside :  
\- A 10 m² terrace with mountain views and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Vars, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.  
  
Outside the opening periods, from mid-April to the end of June, activity in the resort is reduced, with restaurants, ski lifts, grocery shops, etc. closed.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private car park.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Mont-Dauphin 19 km away (25 min by car)  
\- Nearest airport: Marseille 250 km (3 hours by car)

\- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
