### Génépi - Studio pour 5 vue montagne

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 35 m² studio apartment for rent in Vars, with a mountain view and ski resort within walking distance. It can accommodate up to 5 people (2 adults and 3 children). Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a shower room and a balcony. We're waiting for you!  
  
The flat comprises  
\- A 35 m² living room with TV, dining area and foldaway bed (140×190)  
\- Kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Sleeping area: a bunk bed (sleeps 3) suitable for children  
\- Bathroom with shower and washing machine   
\- Separate WC  
  
Outside area :  
\- A balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather  
  
The flat is ideally located in Vars, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Activities :   
\- Winter sports and mountain activities: Vars is a popular destination for winter sports and mountain activities.  
\- Skiing and snowboarding: Vars is part of the Forêt Blanche ski area, with easy access to the slopes just 300 metres from the residence. This area offers a variety of slopes for all levels, from beginners to experts, as well as areas dedicated to freestyle.  
\- Après-ski and leisure: In the area, there is a selection of restaurants, bars and shops to enjoy convivial moments after skiing.  
\- Mountain biking and hiking: In summer, Vars transforms into a paradise for mountain bikers and hikers, with plenty of trails to explore.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Montdauphin-Guillestre SNCF station, about 20 minutes by car.   
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.
