Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 40 m² flat for rent in Vars, with a mountain view and ski resort within walking distance. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a good-sized bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. We're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 40 m² living room with a sofa and a dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.  
\- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)  
\- Bathroom with bath and WC

\- A balcony to enjoy the fine weather  
  
The flat is ideally located in Vars, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Activities :  
\- Winter sports and mountain activities: Vars is a popular destination for winter sports and mountain activities.  
\- Skiing and snowboarding: Vars is part of the Forêt Blanche ski area, with easy access to the slopes just 300 metres from the residence. This area offers a variety of slopes for all levels, from beginners to experts, as well as areas dedicated to freestyle.  
\- Après-ski and leisure: In the area, there is a selection of restaurants, bars and shops to enjoy convivial moments after skiing.  
\- Mountain biking and hiking: In summer, Vars transforms into a paradise for mountain bikers and hikers, with plenty of trails to explore.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park.  
  
For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Montdauphin-Guillestre, about 20 minutes by car.  
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.
