The 94 m² apartment is located in old building on the busiest street in Varna. Industrial vintage style. Newly furnished. The top location allows you, to be few steps from everything. Few steps from the beach, night life. Top restaurants are just downstairs. Kid's amusement park and sea garden are nearby.  
  
The property consists of:  
 2 bedrooms, living room, 1 bathroom, 2 balcony and kitchen&dining room.   
The western bedroom has a double bed 160/200 cm  
The second bedroom can be either twin (2 x 80/190 cm) or double bed 160/190 cm  
There is a sofa bed into the living room with dimensions (80/190 cm) and another sofa bed into the dining room-(90/190 cm)  
  
We can offer airport shuttle for additional charge of 20-25 eur, depending from the part of the day.  
Pets are allowed after additional (add to the standard) cleaning fee charge between 20 and 40 eur. The fee is vary from the kind, spiece and count of the pets and lenght of the stay.  
  
The Airport is 8 km away with quickest access by taxi. The bus line 409 also will take you there. The area is paid (Blue zone) for car parking from 9-19 h. working days, but the advantage is the free parking in the backyard of the building. Alternatively, there is a paid parking in front of the building.
