"We took 1 week vacation to the Fillion Spa and Resort hotel. The hotel itself was nice with clean facilities and a range of swimming pools available. However our main disappointment was with the service from the hotel staff and food variety for breakfast and dinner. We only ate at the hotel once during our whole stay as the food choice was very poor and there are fantastic restaurants available in the local town (Bali). At no point during all 7 days for breakfast were we offered drinks or coffee...

"This property is absolute perfection! We traveled with a group of 19 teenagers and adults. There was plenty of space among the three villas. The pictures don’t do it justice! Every detail is just right. The house was very well-appointed, with everything you could possibly need. The outdoor space and three pools were luxurious and perfect for spending a vacation in Crete. The outdoor chef’s kitchen and table for a large group made for memorable meals overlooking the pool, ocean, and mountains. The location is walkable to many shops and restaurants as well as multiple beaches. The host was very helpful in planning a memorable vacation. I highly recommend this luxurious property!!"

"Gorgeous interior design. Stayed in Room 6 for 1 night in winter. Very quiet and beautiful view. The design and finishes in the room were extraordinary for a small room. The patio was big with a nice view as well as the stylish and comfortable outdoor furniture. I was warm, comfortable, safe and quite happy. Will definitely be back in summer "

"Clean and minimalistic, just used as a place to shower and change for a couple of hours before flying home. Staff were very friendly and helpful but they did say they would put our luggage in our room when it had been cleaned, which they didn't. The luggage was kept behind the wall of the bar but open to the side street. When we went back many hours later they hadn't been put in the room and our belongings and bags could have been taken, which was a worry. They gave us the top room and there are many steps which was very difficult with heavy luggage.The room was clean and tidy and George was very helpful settling us in and said we had an upgrade which was nice. "
