Besonders angenehm auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und die Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.Die Lage zwischen Innenstadt, Hafen und Golf ist perfekt. Die Promenade am Kanal entlang ist ein echtes Highlight.Leider verläuft zwischen Promenade und der Wohnanlage eine intensiv befahrene Straße, was deutlichen Verkehrslärm verursacht.
