It is still an easy walk to the centre of the town. It is very artistically furnished and the balcony and terrace give you options for eating and relaxing in the sun, or the shade! Les 2 terrasses sont un havre de paix, dans un écrin de verdure et de tranquillité (un magnifique parc arboré tout autour), et le centre de Vannes à 10 minutes à pied, où toutes les boutiques, les commerçants et artisans de la bouche, satisferont les attentes de tout un chacun. L'accès au parking privé et garage sécurisé est le nec + ultra pour les bourlingueurs qui souhaitent découvrir le Golfe du Morbihan. The apartment feels like you are in a rural area and is very quiet. We stayed for 11 days and have only good comments to make about this apartment. Appartement très bien entretenu et joliment meublé. Il y a 2 très belles terrasses ensoleillées donnant sur de beaux arbres. Beaucoup d'intimité. A 5 minutes à pied de la marina et de la vieille ville. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et de bons restaurants. Il y a également beaucoup à découvrir dans la région.
