Gorgeous property with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, sandy beach and Islands with a southern view. The kitchen is well stocked with all of your cooking needs. The separate room for the kids was perfect also. I can't think of anything negative about this location or property.

Very nice home. Shower did not work, had to use tge tub. Pillows need to be replaced as they are old, flat and hard. Towels could use an upgrade as well. Location was great

Good location, comfortable and adequate supplies. But our WiFi didn’t work at all. They have 2 networks but one didn’t show up at all and the other one had wrong password. I know enough networking to know that it was a problem at their end. Calling the owners just got us some curt, unhelpful responses. They are remote and weren’t willing to fix their router.

It was difficult to contact the owner in advance as my phone did not work in BC. It did work, however, at the house because the house is right on the border. The overhead kitchen light is not bright enough to read a paper at the table. Maybe a brighter light? This guest house is located in a nice neighborhood just up the hill from all the beach activities. Very comfortable for five people. It's also just a hop, skip and a jump to the Peace Arch border crossing.

The suite was clean. Even though we were close to the beach, we didn't have a beach view and it is a 2 storey house. So we had the basement to ourselves but you can hear the ppl on the level above very much like a regular house.

Great location. Assume it is a crap-shoot as which part of the multistory house you might be in. Our basement suite looked nothing like the photos on the website. Generally a decently equipped kitchen, clean but run down.

The location is great, the service helpful and in the background. Our king suite was homey with a great balcony and distant ocean view. The giant soaker tub is a bonus. The room could use a little upkeep...carpet is end of life, a couple of light bulbs burnt out in the bathroom. All in all, we will be back.

We would go back!
We were surprised at how big our room was with the king bed. It was huge with a great big bathroom and Jacuzzi. The balcony was nice we could see the water. We were able to walk to the boathouse for dinner. It was quiet except for early mornings when other guests were in the kitchen. Other than that it was great.

Spacious yet cozy
The location really isn't far from the main drag of White Rock but you do have to walk quite a hill in order to do so which I personally loved since we were eating so many tasty foods along the way & we needed to work off some of those calories. Being up on the hill gave us a great opportunity to explore other parts of White rock that we may not have seen being down on the main street & boardwalk. It was nice to have a view of the water without being in the busyness of the tourism and the house felt like it was in a safe neighborhood. The room was amazing, spacious but felt very cozy at the same time. We personally didn't use the common kitchen & living area upstairs since it was just the 2 of us but had everything we could have needed to cook just about anything.

This was a wonderful place to stay in a lovely neighbourhood in White Rock. We had the two bedroom suite/apartment downstairs. Impeccably furnished, squeaky clean, and very comfortable. The common area on the top floor is very luxurious and spacious with a very nice deck and a great view. Overall I rate the White Rock Beach Guest House a solid 5/5 for price and comfort.

TV’s in rooms did not work. It says complimentory coffe, but the colours coffee can was empty. Coffee pot not claned out. If you needed anything I doubt it would be d lvered.

Very nice for a group as they have beautiful kitchen and deck with a view. Close to the beach but parking is on street so beware of that for festivals etc., also steep inclines to walk down to waterfront. There is a free trolley service in spring summer, wish I'd have known that. It passes right by the Guest House. Super close to Five corners neighborhood, so you can get coffee and food in the vicinity.

Very Nice Place Near the Beach
We had the suite of two bedrooms and sofa bed with kitchen/family room on the bottom floor with separate entrance. It was very nice and private. We loved the upper floor outside terrace in the mornings where we went to wake-up and drink our coffee. Much better staying in White Rock than the busy city of Vancouver.

Comfortable place to stay if you want independence with a great location. Equipped with everything you need. No staff around but they are available by telephone which was fine for us. We did not need to be fussed over. Very clean and comfortable. Like sharing a big house with new friends

This is my first time at a bed and breakfast, but had no breakfast. No breakfast for the two days we stayed there. Nothing in the fridge to make breakfast, only a little bag of carrots that was all. Coffee in the machine was old and cold,and this was between 8 - 11 am. Didn't get what we had payed for!!!

Great location
Great location in White Rock. Nice, modern building but more of an Inn than a Bed and Breakfast. No breakfast provided but great facilities to cook your own. Would stay again.
