Other than that the place was nice and cozy enough for what you pay for and the property manager and his family were super cool and very helpful. A very good place to stay on a budget, the area and access to sky train gives the place an extra star. It is a walking distance to a lot of places. I traveled from Ontario to attend a sporting event and arrived in Vancouver around 10:30 PM. I had a terrible experience in the past with another place that didn’t allow check-ins after 11 PM — I lost my money and had to find a hotel at the last minute. Thankfully, this time was completely different! The host was very understanding, and the late check-in went smoothly. This kind of flexibility is incredibly important for those coming from far away and arriving late at night. The place was very well-organized, clean, and cozy. The beds were neatly made with clean sheets and comfortable pillows. The environment was quiet and welcoming — perfect for resting after a long day of travel or work. I highly recommend this place, especially for anyone who needs flexible check-in hours.
