Large dining area with a dining table for four people including a beverage fridge, coffee machine, toaster and water dispenser. Two large bedrooms with king size beds and fresh linens connected to a large bathroom with fresh towels. Both bedrooms have TV connected with Netflix and Prime prescriptions. Quiet neighbourhood makes it a beautiful place to go for a walk. Private outdoor patio area with bbq for basic cooking needs.There is no cooking facility inside. I did not see much of the area, but it did not seem that there are any shops within walking distance, but my driving route was very direct, I arrived late at night and took off in the morning directly for an event, so I didn't check out anything off my driving route. The bedrooms were fairly large, with king-sized beds (I think). My bed was very comfortable, seemed new; the coverings were in the style of luxury hotels, with soft sheets in very good condition. There was a TV in each bedroom. The large double- sink bathroom has been described in other postings.There were previous comments about the kitchen/no kitchen. There is a room that has a kitchen appearance, with table and chairs, a small fridge, kettle, microwave. But there is no stove and no running water, just some bottled water. So it's not exactly a kitchen, and washing dishes (there are lots of dishes provided) would have to be done in the bathroom. But it's a place to store food, nuke it and eat it. The owner was very responsive, replying to my several messages within an hour. The directions for accessing the unit were sent via VRBO and they were very clear. ##### Wendy C. It is part of a large home and has its own entry door. The unit is only separated from the main house by locked doors, so there is little sound abatement. We weren't expecting to hear so much noise from the resident family (doors slamming and children squealing). Also, there is no sink in the kitchen area, so preparing food would be a challenge.
