Shane was amazing with communication and the place was absolutely stunning! The neighborhood includes a nearby walking trail. The VRBo unit is extremely well maintained, with many high end touches. Huge clean basement suite with everything you need for a comfortable stay with family. Shane was great to communicate with and very quick to reply. Amazing back yard with a play area for the kids was a huge bonus for us. This is an excellent location in ambleside with quick access to downtown. The hosts' parents being there also helped because they gave us some pointers on what to do on our extra day before we boarded the ship. Did not like that I could not get to respond to my hosts email when we got to Vancouver through no fault of his just all I had was my cell phone and could not go throught the verifying process in time to get back to leave him a message.
