Valet service was great, also had filtered water station on the floor. It was great to have an option to get coffee delivered in the morning and staff was very friendly and accommodating. On the last day I noticed our rain shower head was not securely fastened in the ceiling - not a huge issue. Room was cleaned daily. I wish there was streaming services available on the TV but it is what it is.

My daughter’s birthday and my birthday mini vacation. When we got into our upgraded room, there was a card and a bottle of wine. Fresh pressed complimentary coffee every morning. We felt very special - thank you❤️

Really great stay. I had requested a microwave beforehand and it was first come… I checked in super Early which they accommodated and within minutes of getting to my room it was delivered. Great location, Very central and if you prefer to take public transit or travel farther the busses were great. Would definitely return to this hotel if I returned to this part of Vancouver.

We loved the complimentary tea and coffee service as well as the water fill station on each floor. The location was perfect as well. Walkable distance to great restaurants and to the ocean!

The listel is a nice hotel for a few nights away for work. It’s an older hotel, but does the job. Disappointed the Forge was closed.

It was a two night stay during an event. Not a fan of forced valet parking but I get that’s the big city thing. A few light bulbs were out but other than that it was a great stay, thanks for the cookies!

Look nicer in pictures than reality. Could use some new carpet in the room. Could use some updating. Front desk spoke very quickly and was hard to understand so we didn’t realize some of the complementary perks we could have got till it was too late. Great location though and close to excellent restaurants and French cafes.

There's persistent noise in the room which sounds like air-conditioning or frige (but it's not). I can not find out where the noise come from.
