Truly a great experience. The staff was friendly, willing to help answer all my question and knowledgeable of the area. The only issue we had with the property was the pool area. Needs a little sprucing up.

We had to move rooms, as we had no hot water in our shower. Had to take a cold shower. Then our move supposably to a more premium room, ended up being very noisy due to a party below. Music blaring and had to call to ask to lower. For a premium hotel, not impressed.

The star of our stay was all of the staff. They were so genuinely kind and friendly. The pool is AWFUL, but the gym facilities and sauna were good. The restaurant is great and of course, the luxury shopping right in the hotel.

The staff were amazing and helpful but the property itself could use some attention. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and the carpets were very worn out.

The agent checked us in is amazing she gave us the room we requested and early check in. All the staff are excellent. The only downsize is the light in the bathroom - they need to put more lights in the bathroom so we can see good when we get ready putting our make up for women. Even the make up mirror didn’t help. Not much drawer to put stuff in the bathroom.

The gold floor is always well managed with excellent staff that are happy to assist with anything that we need. The room had an excellent view and nice layout, however it is a bit dated a needs a refresh. A better shower head would be a good stat. Overall its a fabulous place to stay and will be back soon.

Stayed here for two nights so i didnt really get to use any amenities so i can't comment on those. Check in was quick and easy. Hotel was clean and quiet and the staff were super friendly and always willing to help. Would definitely stay here again.

Beds and pillows were awful, the room temperature was suffocating and the “ secure “ parking for $100 was actually unsecured. The parkade was haywire. Save the $400 and go elsewhere.

Any employee I asked for assistance assured me they would be right back and I never saw them again. There wasn’t so much as a fridge in the room, a usable coffee maker, or any travel toiletries (other than shower cap and a glycerin hand soap bar). Paid the $60 to self park overnight and somehow got a parking citation for $100 pinned to my windshield. Brought it to valet manager, who informed me the self park lot (that hotel guests are directed to use) is not owned by the Fairmont, so he didn’t know what to do with my $100 parking citation. What should have been a great experience was ruined by repeated mishaps and lack of service.

I like the historic building. The pool is ok. It’s a bit warm. No hot tub. Staff are wonderful. Shopping fantastic. Such a great location.

The Fairmont is centrally situated. Shopping dinning and historical buildings are all within a walking area . Parking at hotel is expensive at $75 per night, but there is plenty of reasonable parking options with two blocks

Low water pressure in shower! Why have a large rain head in shower if the water is only drizzling out? Mini bar stocked so full that I could not even shoehorn in a half sandwich and a sliced apple! They want you to request a special small fridge if you have any personal items! For ONE night in a small room, an extra piece of furniture for a sandwich and an apple? Get that stuff OUT of the mini bar ( if you take it out yourself, they charge you for it). Who ever uses it anyway??? Everything else lovely at this hotel, tho I would have appreciated an extra blanket somewhere that I did not have to request it from housekeeping.

There was a room service food left at hallway many hours without covering. Please clean up asap! And some guests were so loud when we were walking hallway. However Room is clean and modern. Bed is comfortable, Nespresso is great, front desk was polite.

The Fairmont was well accommodated and a beautiful property. We loved the location with easy access to the train and walking distance to so many other things. Definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying again!
