When I first checked in, I didn’t realize how old the hotel was so it caught me off guard initially. After staying 2 nights, the stay was great! The staff was superb. It gives a motel vibe as the suites are located outside and it is an older building, but the staff made the stay great! Very walkable location, and pretty prime for really anything that you’re looking to do in Vancouver! The cafe attached is great! Never got to try the restaurant but it was busy every time I went past. Bed was very comfy, and despite the location being right downtown and across from a hospital I found it pretty quiet considering! I felt safe travelling and walking around.

A nice simple but unique old school place to stay in Van. Can walk anywhere…. Sky train, Stanley Park, Granville Island, Gastown, Rogers Arena, and (less touristy) able to wander thru the homes and apt of west end and even Main St.

Everything here was amazing. It’s such a cute little hotel and being right down in the middle of the city was very quiet. Everything was clean, great coffee and espresso in the rooms. Everything was perfect. I’d recommend this to all of my friends and family.

The hotel is in the middle of downtown Vancouver. So there are dozens of restaurants within one block. We had a car, and the hotel has protected parking in the back. We could have easily used buses or taxis, however. Most of the events we attended were easily attended, within ten blocks. Also, famous Stanley Park is about eight blocks away. The hotel is right across from a major hospital. We heard ambulance sirens several times in the early mornings.

I'm actually sorry it was only 1 night. My room was exceptionally clean and was well equipped. Front desk staff were great. I was deeply appreciative of early check-in. I think we'll make this our choice when visiting family and friends in future.

The courtyard was a really cool area, we were unable to use it as it mostly rained during our visit. More or better covered seating would be great. It wasnt the easiest commute from the airport and the location was not very close to much. Definitely in a sketchier area of vancouver. Hotel room was cleanish, but the floor was lifting in parts, and had missing pieces if vinyl in the floor, and spiderwebs in the bathroom. Kinda felt like the hotel rooms were quickly and cheaply renovated.

- terrible noise from the elevator (near the elevator and especially on the 4th floor near the engine room) - loud knocking sound kept me awake until 2 am - limited and very cramped parking, difficult to enter the parking lot, turn around, park, unload and even leave it - except for the main entrance - the entire area around the hotel is extremely dirty, filled with homeless people at night

The burrard is a nice hotel, the courtyard is a nice spot to relax. The staff are all very friendly. Bathroom is a bit small but has everything you need. The location is good for getting around but unfortunately lots of people down on their luck.

We loved our room! So cute and perfect for our 3 day stay. Check in was easy, staff were kind and helpful, unfortunately theh were sold out of parking, which surprised us the lady told us the hospital parking across the street may be available. Lucky for us we got cheaper parking nice and close to the cross walk which was great. We didnt get our room cleaned on the second day so unfortunately we didnt get our coffee restocked. Thankfully they had a restock at the front desk so we could get some for morning. The coffee shop attached had amazing espresso and the pasteries were devine. We loved how easy it was for us to walk around as well as order an uber to near by attractions. The hospital is right across the street so lots of sirens and noises in the night. We felt safe in our room.

I had very nice stay at the hotel with my teenage son. We liked that hotel had ping - pong table, friendly staff, coffee/tea/water replenished daily. Room was clean and modern. Walkable distance to waterfront.
