Location was ideal for location (only 10 minute drive to Expo and PIR). Drive way is long (we could fit out crew cab truck and car hauler trailer comfortably on it). House has one bedroom on main floor with a large bed, a futon in the living room for one adult, upstairs has an open area with one queen bed and a separate bedroom with a "trundle" bed (I would say this room is good for one adult or two children). The house has modern amenities. The spiral staircase is a little tight and difficult to haul up any luggage but was fine for what we needed. Neighborhood is very old but also very quiet and seemed safe. Owner was excellent for correspondence and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants (we loved Wild Fin and Smokin' Oaks). The house is located in an older neighborhood yet once you walk in you forget about the outside aesthetic. The neighbors are quiet and we had no trouble sleeping or putting our kiddo down early or for naps. We found the primary bed to be very comfortable. Thoughtful touches we noticed: mini bathroom amenities, soft bath towels, dog bowls, games, toys, books, charging cables, coffee, tea and items to cook with.
