Overall it was a good stay. It’s convenient to have a kitchen and appliances. However some maintenance is required such as sink drainage, toilet paper holder, curtain rod is mounted upside down.

It was okay. I bring a black light with me everywhere I go and let’s just say.. I think it’s very rarely cleaned. Random stains, splotches and bloodstains- a very gross and mouldy smell from the washer/dryer too.

The room here was very dirty, not clean at all. Holes in the wall, stained sheets, peeling bathtub, etc. location was great, but for the price I payed I don’t think it was worth it at all.

The staff were accommodating with our needs as we were visiting my father in hospital and provided late checkout which was extremely helpful. I was just disappointed in the suite we had as we heard the elevator ALL night every so often and due to this I had a horrible sleep. I would advise asking for a room that isn’t near the elevators at all.

Location is unbeatable, but that's really all the place has going for it. Room was outdated and rundown. Walls were paper thin so I could hear every word of my neighbors' conversations (among other sounds). They're in the process of upgrading the rooms, but this meant hearing constant noises from construction starting at 7AM every morning. I had the "please refresh my room" hanger on my door every single day, and not once was my bed ever made or anything tidied up. My trash bin was emptied but that's about it. I don't mind tolerating the noise and even the condition of the room, but only at a discounted rate--especially because the updated rooms cost the same.

This was a great stay, love that i had a suite and didnt know it. Only thing maybe black out curtains for the living room.the person who slept in that area found it very bright and unable to rest due to the light. Outside the hotel was kind of dirty.

Our stay, would of been Spectacular! If ..... there ... were .... " no construction" Going on.... it wasnt terrible. The site - could of forwarned us. Even the front desk ...waited. U til they, took the deposit . To tell us of said construction. We should or gotten comped At least a 2 night stay with free breakfast. Foe the inconvenience. Something. But hey ... what can ya do. Nice place , stayed for 2 days after a foot operation, comfortable bed. But we had no hot water for the 2 days and the toilet leaked. They gave us a credit at the end because of this. This is in a good location and would consider booking again.

We love the location of this hotel. The businesses in the area are perfect for the out of towner. Everything you could want is right outside the front door. From food to personal items and entertainment they’ve got it all! We had an ocean view room that was also a fabulous view of the city. I was in town in December and then again in February. We stayed in similar rooms both times and they were great. The hotel is currently under renovations so some things aren’t yet up to standards. For example, we had to switch rooms because in our first room the sofa bed was broken and we needed to use it. Then we had plumbing issues as well. Our tub wasn’t draining properly when we showered and our toilet got clogged after use. A note was put under our door that the water would be turned off but with too short of notice. We were out for breakfast and then only had 45 minutes to quickly shower (2 women with long hair) who weren’t planning on showering at that time. The staff are kind and do their best to accommodate.

Property is a great location. Stayed in an updated sorta suite. Things like toilet paper holder were broken and only heat was in the bedroom so living room area was very cold. In suite laundry totally awesome and kitchen was awesome to have!!! Would totally stay here again!!!

Very convenient location. Arrived and was placed in an old room which was not very nice. Was woken up early by construction. The management was very kind and moved me lower down, into one of the newly renovated rooms, which was significantly nicer. Despite moving lower down, however, was woken up every weekday by nonstop construction noises.

Arrived for pleasure over the weekend, upon arrival the staff was very pleasant I had prepaid using Expedia for a queen room sofa bed when being checked in the person who was checking me in made a gesture like there was a better room option for me and was working on the computer for about 5 minutes then came back to me to ask if I was ok with the 18th floor? I said yes higher is better however it was we not renovated. A few more options were suggested and then I opted for a renovated room on the 10th floor. The room was directly next to the elevators to where, the room was renovated but the paint job was rough. The entrance way had 3 types of white paint and you could see all the coats added. The materials and furniture used in the room were great however the walls and carpet all felt and looked rough for a room that was just renovated. Overall the stay was quiet, no sound issues. The shower really lacked hot water, one day I had to wait 10 minutes for the hot water to become hot enough to step into and another day just didn't happen. The added perk of 2 waters, 2 apples, kit kat bar and bag of chips was a very nice touch. Over all I would recommend this hotel however the renovations need to looked little closer for the quality being done.
