Sorry to say, the hotel was very close to where we needed to be, but the room was not clean, the toilet had flooded before we arrived in our room, the entrance to our room (inside) was saturated. This area was from the front door to the bathroom door to the bedroom door, you could not go between rooms without stepping on the wet floor. Odd how this was not checked/extracted before we arrived, as the floor of the bathroom was dry, but it had completed soaked out into the rug area and was covered with a awful residue. The kitchen area had ceiling sprayed with something? Just not what we expected at all, and we were told no other rooms were available? in this large hotel. signed, disappointed.

Good place for group meetings, excellent catering staff! Wifi was a bit slow but no other issues.

The hotel was not bad. The staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean. Though the "free" WiFi was slow. I couldn't get on it most of the time. The cable was spotty as my news programs were frozen many times.

A great hotel that is located downtown where you don't have to use your vehicle. Walking distance to Granville Island, Gastown and Chinatown. Very close to Rogers Place and B.C. Place.

Everything was good, except for the air conditioning unit noise coming through windows that didn't seal well (on one of which the frame separating from the window).

The staff at the front of the desk gave me a hard time with check in and were rude it wasn't a fun experince for me.

We won’t go back

Check in was laborious and resulted (through no fault of our own) in our credit card being blocked. No apologies from staff for incompetence. The room wasn’t as clean as we’d expect and the linens older and tired looking. The room was in a state of needing repairs and updates. The air conditioner was very noisy. We paid 350$ (with the taxes). Way too much! for this quality of hotel.
