Had to ask toilet to be fixed 3 times and was never fixed, just rigged to seem fixed. Housekeeping repeatedly questioned if they could clean room regardless of DO NOT DISTURB sign and then barged in even though we had late checkout AND sign on door. WiFi was terrible.

Pros: Kind staff, excellent location
Cons: Small room with outdated shower area, WIFI was terrible
Location: One of the best locations in the city if you're looking for things to do, restaurants, events, etc
Quite a small room, however it was clean. Pool was down for maintenance which was the sole reason for choosing that hotel over another. Staff were helpful and eventually I got credit for my next stay due to the pool being down. WIFI was terrible.

Choose Sandman because of proximity to Rodgers Arena. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent. Had drinks and appies at Shark Club downstairs. Have stayed here many times for Canucks and other shows and will stay there again!

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was small but nice and clean when we got there. The place was very quiet. Housekeeping could have been better as they seem to miss something different every day such as face clothes.

Hotel was ok. No real complaints. Staff was friendly, but no one answered the phone when we tried calling the front desk.

Very nice hotel, great location

I stayed here in April 2016 with my two sons for a concert at Rogers Arena. Friendly staff, clean room, quiet, very nice restaurant, extremely convenient location, reasonable price. Will definitely book again, especially for events at Rogers Arena or QE Theatre. Easy walk from the Waterfront Station as well.

The parking was not included. 23 dollars a day. No validation for staying at the hotel.

not female friendly

Posted 10-Apr-2016
Pros: having Moxies attached. location
Cons: put in vanity tops
Location: close to downtown businesses. good resstaurant
location is good for business. nice to have Moxies attached. not too convenient that you have to use 3 different elevators to access restaurant, parking and rooms. overall the room was fine. i just dont understand why there wouldnt be a countertop in the washroom for your toiletries. i had to pack up my stuff everyday from bathroom. all there was, was a tiny shelf that could just hold my curling iron. i had to place a towel in the pedastal sink to dump my makeup, hairspray, toothbrush etc. because there was no countertop. so not very convenient. even though i liked the location and value. i probably wont book again because of the inconvenienc. hotels need to be aware of female business travellers, its not just a mans world.
