Room was on the small size 1 chair was useless and the other chair was uncomfortable and too close to the tv . Tv had poor channel selections

Will not stay again

Very small and cramped room, bathroom was so small you had to straddle the toilet to open the door. Exposed insulation behind the curtains Only used Sandman to take advantage of Lucky 13 vouchers and was told at checkout we were not apart of the program because we used a third party to book the room... voucher does not specify this in any way. Will not be using Sandman Hotels any longer

Nice hotel , great location but..

Make sure you don’t park in the street. Had a great stay after going to a hockey game and came down in the morning to our truck window smashed. Unfortunately our truck didn’t fit in the parking underneath.

Affordable, friendly staff. My vehicles window was smashed out and all my belonging were stolen from the "locked" parkade.

Convenient and safe. Staff was courteous and fast. I will stay here again as long as I get a good rate again. Parking was a bit expensive.

Best place for events.

This hotel is definitely dated with a bit of a facelift but I will continue to return time after time. We always stay here when we come to town for events at BC Place and Rogers Place. Best location and within walking distance to anything and everything you want, include the train back to the airport.

Great location in downtown Vancouver. Close to shopping, restaurants sports and entertainment venues. Only concern thought overnight parking price was excessive $29.00!!

Okay for overnight stay

Okay for an overnight stay. Not any longer. Stayed for New Year’s Eve to be close to Vancouver harbour for the fireworks. The hotel was clean enough but it’s a bit dingy to be honest.

Not a family hotel

Definitely not a family friendly environment. The vibe is surly and indifferent with a dose of unwholesome. Rooms are painfully small.
