Central location to everything

Posted 22-Jan-2017
Location: The location is perfect with the Queen E Theatre across the street. It was the perfect location to take in a dinner and a show.
Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect with crisp white luxurious sheets and pillows. Not much of a view but everything else was great! Only bad thing was the coffee pot poured coffee all over the counter when we used it..the lip was broken.

My boyfriend and I needed a place to stay unexpectedly after a night out. The hotel was nice and clean, the bed were super comfortable and we had a good nights rest! The hotel cleaning lady was super nice as we passsed by her upon checkout, I would definitely come back for this price!

decent hotel close to the hockey arena

Posted 17-Jan-2017
Pros: Close to arena and shopping
Cons: update the beds and rooms
Location: the arenas were close by and shopping was just around the corners
it was a little hard to find parking for the pickup truck otherwise all other aspects of the stay were alright

Disappointing Hotel

Posted 16-Jan-2017
Pros: everything close by
Cons: too many things to mention. For the same price i could of had better accommodation.
Location: well located, but not worth the price
Hotel is downtow, everything close by, but hotel is run down, toilet leaking, restaurant does not have much to offer, more of a bar than anything else. check-out is 12 noon, but cleaning staff knocked on door at 11:30

Great location for downtown, pretty decent price for downtown Vancouver. Really annoying loud pigeons outside our window most of the time, not that I'm sure anything could really be done about that. Beds felt on the small side....didn't seem like queens to me, overheard another guest saying his to the front desk as well when checking out. But they were comfortable enough. Good pillows! Super friendly cleaning staff. Overall good place to stay for a quick overnight downtown.

Nice Hotel, Good Value, Well Located

Posted 6-Jan-2017
Pros: Rates, friendly staff, amenities and proximity to downtown and transport
Cons: Maybe time for a reno soon, but nothing that was a problem. Things can't be new all the time!
Location: Walking distance to the stadium, downtown, the Harbour and the metro. No matter what the trip was for, this location would probably suit.
We booked two rooms for a family of four (3 nights) between Xmas & New Year. Even though check in isn't until 4 pm, the staff got us our rooms early (around midday) at no extra charge which was fantastic after a 12 hour flight. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar, which we made full use of. Meals and service were excellent. The rooms were a little noisy, but it was New Years Eve, so what would you expect!! Location was a short walk to downtown, and very close to the metro, so access from the airport was good. Would definitely stay again.

close to rogers arena

Posted 6-Jan-2017
smaller room, tight bathroom. but good for 1 night stay. easy walk to rogers arena which is what I wanted. shark club and moxies in the building made it easy to grab food/drinks before the hockey game overall pleased with everything except the bathroom had a bit of an odd smell - didn't really effect us though.
