Everything turned out great. Lots of quick food places to eat, not Tim’s& mcds only. Homeless situation not that bad. Parking $35, hot breakfast included was great:)

The hotel worked well for my family when we attended a Whitecaps game and shopped. Only thing I will say though, is that when walking on the carpet and bathroom floor it feels sticky.
The hotel is outdated and the rooms are quite small than what you expect. There is a loud noise every night because of the bar just on the main floor. We had to request ear plugs to be able to sleep. The parking is such a hassle because of limited space.

Allow me to apologize on behalf of our hotel for failing to meet your expectations regarding our parking fee.However, we considered 35 per night is not too expensive with a 24 hours security officer and free valet parking. The purpose of the trip was to explore the city. It had parking for the car and I was also able to walk the central part of the city from the hotel. Great to have gym day passes. Close to aquatic center to swim. And, many restaurants walking distance.

Property and hallways are outdated and not aging well. The rooms are not bad and pretty modern. The showers go from hot to cold often without touching the shower valve. During the nights it’s noisy as there is a club nearby and club patrons can be loud and rowdy.

The breakfast was not good. You have to go to the reception and request a voucher and then you go to a bar by the hotel and order only one thing to eat.
No drinks are included. If you want to drink something you have to pay separatedly at the bar or you can also go back to the hotel reception where you find a coffee machine and get a coffee "for free". No hot chocolate, no milk, no juice! What an inconvenient thing! This was not mentioned on the website. I will never go back to that hotel.

Location was convenient with public transportation and eateries in the area. They had decent coffee in the lobby for the guests which is a plus. The couch in the room had stains and the table and chairs were so wobbly we thought it was going to fall apart when in use. There was also a bug walking across the floor. On the weeknights the place was quiet, but on Friday and Saturday nights, we could hear people running in the halls and loud music. I think there’s a club nearby. We also paid extra for a room with a small kitchen. Was not too pleased to see coffee stains in the mugs, pots and pans that were super scratched up, cooking utensils that were half melted away and an old sponge. I would think they could at least replace the sponge for hygiene purposes.

Please be advised we do have staff avaliable 24/7 to hear any concerns or issues so we can deal with them during your stay. Had we of known about such things such as the stain and bug we would have addressed it immediately and moved you to a different location. We are located in the entertainment district of downtown Vancouver this does bring in a weekend crowd who are looking to experience Vancouvers night life. I again want to re-iterate that we have staff avaliable 24/7 if there are any noise complaints we have to be informed before we can take any action.Regarding the quality and cleanliness of the kitchenette equipment please accept are sincere apologies we will be passing on your comments to the housekeeping department to avoid an instance such as this from occuring again.We hope to have the opperunity in the future to host your properly.

Inconvenient if arriving by personal vehicle, limited on-site parking with separate parking fee. Staff otherwise very helpful and professional. Inside is very neat, tidy and clean, however the back alley has, as most of Vancouver does, a problem with drifters and drugs.
