It has private entrance in the basement of the residential house with big lot, private brand new kitchen with granite countertops and all new appliances, full bathroom with shower, queen size bed with TV, private Washer & Dryer. Its in the center of everything you need, bridge away from PDX, and Portland, mall, Starbucks and all restaurants
