The hotel is so good room is spoacious and service is also good. So many food restaurants choir near by and they have snacks as well for reasonable price

Very disappointing to find out on our return to pick up our car that they don’t offer shuttle service between 12 and 4 on Sundays. If I had known this ahead of time I would have left my vehicle at parknfly. $20 for a cab

After staying at another hotel nearby we opted to use Expedia and found the Radisson. Can’t even begin to say what a difference in every way this was. Beds, room, front desk… every level was superior

There was a noisy hum all night long vibrating our walls and floor. It was awful. We didn’t sleep. Staff did nothing to help us. There was no bell service either.

There no amenities available at the hotel as they are still in a labor dispute that has been going on since last year. The property is fine in general but one must wonder why this dispute hasn't been resolved.

The location close to the airport and by the water was nice. The hotel was not fully operational (no restaurant) and the bathroom was not clean (lots of hair in the bathtub). They also claim to have electric car chargers; they have one functional Tesla charger and they offer an extension cord to other types. I was not able to charge there which was really disappointing.

When their shuttle had a flat tire they told guests to take a cab and provide them with the receipt upon check in. They provided a cash return for the cab immediately. The room was quiet and very new/clean. Especially if you need close proximity to the YVR airport, I would highly recommend this hotel. Great staff at the front desk too.

The property was decent, however we waited for over an hour for the airport shuttle. Didn’t get to hotel until midnight. Also the amenities were all closed, but the hotel had warned us in advance.

We stayed for 1 night after landing late in YVR. Convenient place. Shuttle picked us up, rooms were nice and renovated and they offer complementary coffee in the lobby in the am. Only setback is the lack of breakfast in house, but we knew that booking it. We would stay back here before or after flying.
