Love this amazing small hotel. Friendly staff, the hotel is immaculate, and very quiet.
We stayed in a Junior suite that had a view of the ocean, and the patio is wonderful.
Across the street from the water, and an easy walk to the Pier, the shops and restaurants along the oceanfront .

The rooms are spacious. That’s the only good.
The bad: there are trains that pass directly in front of hotel ALL night long, along with the crossing bell for the duration of train passing, and the windows/patio doors are not high quality to dampen the sound. (Many Condos have better sound dampening windows, so it is possible). The bed literally shook from the train.
Room was not cleaned very well, especially the bathroom shower and toilet.
Desk staff was not helpful or even at least understanding about train noise issue.
Great location if you like to walk along the ocean. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Finley cafe made great muffins for breakfast. Staff were friendly and very efficient.
The location of this property is excellent, short walk to the pier. Lot's of quaint restaurants and stores in the area. The room was large, balcony very big. Oceanview and fireplace. If I had one cimplaint it would be I didn’t read in any reviews that it is directly across the street from a train. Which goes through every 3 hours. Some vibrations and noise if you're a light sleeper. I also never like when a hotel charges for parking, which is an extra $30 per night.

The reason for the low review is due to water pressure. The shower and shower/ bath combination was very poor pressure. The rain we ger has more pressure. Its disappointing when you feel dirty and when it takes a long time to get shampoo out of your long hair.

Very happy with the stay. Cleanliness was top notch. Only complaint was the patio for room next door was directly outside our room window. Thankfully no one was out there but if there had been then they could’ve looked directly in our room and noise may have been an issue. We would stay again but would want a different room.
Everything was easy...was a very clean place...love the coffee shop being right out front with great staff everywhere...Parking was ok...glad we had small car...price a little steep for parking on hotel property...but i guess that's Whiterock.
Beautiful ocean view from Balcony. Sounds of occasional train was also fun to hear. Jacuzzi tub with ocean view in the room we had was a treat. Everything you need for a long stay as well.
Close to the ocean, comfortable beds, large sitting area and jetted tubs in the room. Relaxing!

Staff seemed a bit “robotic”, didn’t ask how my day was going or even how my stay was. Chose this location for a mini staycation for my girlfriend and I. Might come back at another time.
Good location. Needs caulking and maintenance. Also so much bathroom floor space but nowhere to put anything. Clothes set on the floor and no holder for anything in shower. Floors were dirty. No plug bedside. It’s decent but could be so much more. And secure the parkade. Get a working fob reader.
Located on the beach in white rock. On busy road but onsite secure parking available. Trains kind of noisy but to be expected. Great room and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
My third stay and quickly becoming one of my favorites while traveling for work. Parking can be a bit of a concern, but the hotel has underground parking for a fee.
Paper thin walls between rooms. Got waken up by the couple next door and we could hear every word! Other than that (and shampoo that left orange dye on my hands), it was clean and comfortable, and the staff helpful when our tv wasn’t properly hooked up.
Everything.View was amazing and staff are great!..best place to stay in White Rock and surrounding area.Great value.I would highly recommend this place.
While White Rock is usually a summer destination, it was a wonderful break in March to wake up and see water just across the street from this lovely hotel. The room was spacious, with a kitchen, and the bathroom had a shower stall and bathtub and was comfortable. The staff were great.
