Bright, newly renovated and fully furnished. Access via side of west side house, has its own separate, private patio. Full kitchenette, bathroom and in-suite laundry. Secure access through private path and patio. Convenient location close to 33rd & Mackenzie Street gives you access to shops and transit - 200 feet from bus stop with 1-stop bus to downtown Vancouver, beaches, UBC, Pacific Spirit Park and other great amenities. There is street parking available for 1 vehicle in front of The Suite. More than 1 guest car becomes a little inconvenient for our neighbours, so we ask that if you have a vehicle, that you please park it directly in front of The Suite. City street parking in our neighbourhood is free of charge. Radiant floor heating and modern bathroom and kitchen. There's a full fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer in suite. We had everything we needed and Shawn was helpful and responsive when we had a question. The location was ideal, we were close to a bus route and the free parking outside the house was a bonus. The beautifullt appointed basement apartment was just what we needed for our mini vacation prior to our cruise.
