Walkable from Canada Place. Front Desk staff is so nice to let us early check in. Room is clean and spacious. Higher floor has better views. Hope you could provide more towels at swimming pool and sauna room. There was no towel inside sauna and swimming pool when I was there, no staff on that floor, I need to go back to my room to get one.

Super friendly staff, fantastic location in the heart of downtown and close to bus and metro links. Good selection of eateries in the vicinity (all within walking distance) and close to the state art gallery and the VSO. Restaurant in the hotel is a bit corporate and completely devoid of life or atmosphere, so do yourself a favour, take a sort walk, there is life everywhere else.

Really enjoyed the stay! The rooms were very clean and the beds real cozy! The staff was real helpful and friendly! In the morning we decided to check out the Diva restaurant downstairs and were pleasantly surprised - for our party of 5 it was very reasonably priced! We even got to use our $50CAD credit! Kids also enjoyed the pool! Would definitely stay there again!

The bed was amazing in the room I was in it felt like sleeping on a cloud, It was so soft thank you Stephanie hopefully I got her name correct she was amazing to me. The second room the bed was very hard and they didn't sleep well in it. When trying to go in the pool, it was very hard to get any blue towels.has there was none constantly every time you would want to go swimming. I also found some of the staff very friendly, and some that just had no interest in dealing with me. Part of me felt very welcome but part of me didn't. also, when it comes to the room service, they didn't have all the food options when get food, and then when it was hard to call down the first night there we went to the restaurant the night staff were awesome breakfast the next morning was awesome. She was fantastic. at dinner time later that day on Saturday was not very great. I did not know we needed renovations? It didn't feel that welcoming at that time the more than of leaving breakfast was good. I also find it hard to get extra towels when you have extra people in the room. it took me to go to three different people to finally get towels. my room was cold the first night because I did not know how to use the thermostat, but that was my own fault. Then I figured it out and it was great for having a warm room finally. I do hopefully try it again soon. The food prices were very reasonable, the mango cheesecake was delicious. But thank you for having me and my family there

This is just a fantastic hotel. The rooms are extremely well laid out and compfortable. The staff is welcoming and friendly and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the food is really good. I can't think of anything that would make it better. Outstanding!
