Location was great. Downside was that you cannot look outside, but this was known so not really concerning. What we really did not like was that the airconditioner was running constantly and could not be controlled by us. It was very cold in the apartment. The owner told us to turn on heaters to make it more comfortable. That didn’t help much plus there was the constant noise of the airconditioner.

#### City vacation

Great communication from owner with very clear instructions for accessing the basement flat. Very clean with comfortable beds and great location in a nice neighbourhood.. However very low ceiling - had to duck head in places , and dark without windows to open in living areas. As it is a house basement the gas and air conditioning units for the house above are not insulated but behind a cupboard door in kitchen and adjacent to the bedroom so very noisy all day and night. Heating controlled from the upstairs house was pumping out of vents into the apartment without any controls in the basement so it was very stuffy. Quite dark and noisy as you might expect from a basement

Location is great and the place is very nicely laid out. We had a request to adjust a few things and the hosts were very attentive and helpful throughout the whole stay. Would stay again and recommend to anyone looking for accom in the kits area.

#### Perfect stay in Kits Beach

The property was even better than advertised- very clean, quiet, two spacious bedrooms, spacious bathroom, convenient kitchen, and just a few minutes walk from beach, shops and restaurants, and Granville island. Perfect for visiting the beach or easy access to the city. 11/10 would recommend.
