Appartment was perfect size for 6 people (2 families) and everything was super clean. The reason why I removed 1 star for the location is due to the homeless people in this area. The location worked perfect for us tourists. We caught thehop on hop off bus a block away. Since it is in Chinatown, we enjoyed the most wonderful Chinese food 2 nights our stay. We did encounter a few homeless people, but they were harmless and it is common in most big cities. The place was lovely - exactly like the listing. Super clean, well stocked, excellent bathrooms, and an amazing rooftop patio. Communication with the host was superb, and check-in and out were super efficient and instructions were fully detailed. It was great to have a secured parking garage as the neighborhood was a little rough. The neighborhood was the only reason for the lower rating, which is beyond the host's control. The instructions on how to gain access was confusing and we had trouble the entire time when we left and came back entering the building. The surrounding community isnt the best, with alot id drug problems. However an uber takes about 2 minutes to arrive and a block or two over it safe.
