Family friendly, 1200 square foot home that can host you and your family for any of your get away needs. Three bedrooms: one with an ensuite. Large backyard with pollinator friendly flowers. Often butterflies are spotted fluttering through. Fully updated with new flooring and new appliances. The kitchen has granite counter tops throughout. Setup for a movie night or game night.  
  
Close to lots of major attractions; PDX, ilani casino, Hospitals. Amphitheater, and many outdoor activities.  
Located 15 mins north of PDX airport. This lovely home sits in a quiet neighborhood that surrounds the local high school. You will often hear the young adults playing sports or the band using the street in front to practice their marches. Inside the home you will find comfy furniture and luxurious linens in each of the bedrooms and bathrooms.  
  
Cook a full meal in the large kitchen with enough room for whole family to cook together. Outside or in, you'll find plenty of seating for everyone. After dinner, go outside to enjoy the manicured back yard and patio.

\- A late checkout of one hour past the designated time will incur a $100 fine.

\- Guests will be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to the disruption of the cleaning schedule or the schedule of the next guest, including the cost of relocating the next guest to a comparable property.

\- The air conditioning system is designed to cool the house up to 20 degrees below the outdoor temperature.

\- The internet must remain on and active at all times. If the internet service is disrupted, the host reserves the right to perform onsite technical support to restore connectivity.

\- Guests are not permitted to ship or mail anything to the house via USPS. The mailbox is locked, and guests will not have access to it.

#### Out of Town Family Visit

This was a wonderful home for our out of town families to stay while visiting grandparents. Such a clean and comfortable home, well appointed with every convenience we could ask for. Great communication from the hosts, who responded very promptly to inquiries. I highly recommend this property!

We had a family gathering and this place was very clean, everything was as listed, at check in the kitchen faucet was out of battery and the host was super helpful and took care of it in less than 30 min. Overall I would recommend this place to any family, plenty of room for everyone and entertainment for all ages.

The hosts are fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The house was well equipped and the kids loved the air hockey and foosball tables. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy but it was quiet and we had no problems.

We stayed for just one night as we attended sports event in Portland. Everything was fantastic and very easy from start to finish. The house is great, well maintained, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy. Definitely would return if we are in the area again. #### Clean and well-equipped

This little house was clean, well-equipped, and spacious enough for our needs. The cornhole boards and air hockey table were a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, the living areas were open, and the furnishings were adequate. I didn't love the neighborhood, but the external lights and cameras helped with a sense of safety. I heartily recommend this rental!

#### Beautiful home away from home!

This is such a great house. The owners have thought of everything and more to make your stay perfect. Everything was spotless. The kitchen was amazing. The beds were like clouds-so soft and comfy. The living room was so comfortable. The back yard is a paradise with trees and birds and two friendly little squirrels. The neighborhood is super quiet and convenient to everywhere. We played cornhole and barbequed. Even put in a few rounds of air hockey. This house was absolutely perfect for us. I highly recommend this property. Thank you!!! We'll be back!

#### Wonderful home!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Our family was in town to meet my newborn grandson. This was the perfect location for us, just a few miles from my son's house. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. Graham was amazing to work with! We will be back for sure!

#### Lovely home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed at this beautiful home for the weekend of our wedding. The beds were the most comfortable, the mattress was so nice to sleep on. The house was very clean and spacious.
