Hotel rooms were OK. Key constantly had to be reconnected at front desk. Staff only spoke to you when you spoke to them first. I never did get a cup of coffee in the morning because they put it out once and didn't refill it for the guests that came later. That was pretty cheap.

Hotel right on a street full of asian food

Clean room, helpful staff, and great location if you like asian food. Overall, I'd say the experience was pretty good, however one thing make this hotel not recommendable... the TV provided was very old and did not have an hdmi connection.

You pay for everything, even parking.

Pros: Nothing
The hotel does not have even microwave for guests to make stay more comfortable. For the price I paid, I had stayed at more comfortable hotel in Richmond.

Great Location/do not need to rent a car/Canada Line station Landsdowne is within walking distance/Front desk girls named Flora and Cara were Excellent with providing transportation information along with recommendations of attractions to visit/ Most important of all they greet customers with Extreme Friendliness👍

Cons: I don't like to pay for parking at hotels. That was not nice.

Pros: Good location.
Overall ok. Would like the bar to be open later. The noise level could be better, i seem to hear the other guest more than i'd like to.

Overall good. However the cleaning staff was fairly loud along with some of the guest outside my room in the morning when i was trying to sleep.

Great Experience

Pros: Excellent staff.
Cons: a slightly quieter heater/air-conditioner fan.
Location: Great choices of restaurants on the same street as hotel. 10 minutes walk to the nearest train station.
Well-run hotel in which everything work as they are supposed to. Hotel shuttle, cleanliness, comfort, amenities such as gym, business center, etc. are all meeting expectations.

Nice hotel close to restaurants and transit

Pros: Reasonable price, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, close to transit center
Cons: cleaner bathroom
Location: restaurants and shopping
Bathroom not quite clean. There was poop residue on the toilet
