Easy access to Airport and restaurants

Pros: Location, location, location
Clean and comfortable rooms with courteous staff. Its location in Richmond is great if you want to enjoy the Asian cuisines around Richmond. Driving to other Vancouver attractions is also convenient. We have stayed here many times and would do it again in the future.

Hotel staff very friendly & helpful. Provided a cab to airport aa I needed to be there earlier than their first shuttle! Really appreciated that!

Very good and very bad

Pros: Cleanliness. Staff.
Cons: Get NEW central air system!
Location: YVR. Good restaurants, shopping walking distance.
I love this Hotel. Awesome location. Super clean. Friendly staff. BUT! They have the worse central air system. It's super LOUD!. I did not sleep at all for all 3 nights. It's like a big commercial buzz saw, wrrrm wrrrm wrrrrrm. Arrrg. Horrible. I even bought earplugs and I can still hear it.

Pros: Very comfortable beds. Very clean and quiet
Location: Shoert drive from airport. 10 minute walk to ski train station
Very friendly staff. Room was well equipped and bed very somfortable very clean. Did not use the hotel facilities ie pub or dining room. Shuttle bus to Yvr was great

No long term parking

Great Hotel

Pros: complimentary shuttle to/from airport, great location, easy walk to the mall, clean room, renovated bathroom, comfy beds
Cons: tv signal was poor, tub wouldn't drain, bathroom fan wasn't working
Location: easy shuttle ride to/from airport, walking distance to great restaurants, walking distance to Richmond Mall
We stayed here last minute as our flight was cancelled for the day. The hotel had a complimentary shuttle from the airport, check-in was fast and easy. This hotel is a 5 minute walk to the Richmond Mall. There is a convenience store just around the corner where we grabbed some snacks on the way back to the hotel. The hotel has a Starbucks inside of it. We ordered room service and the food was ok - not superb - I think the in-hotel restaurant is Harolds (?). The hotel room itself was really nice - lots of room to move around, the bathroom has been renovated and was really nice although small. the tv wasn't great - interrupted signal. We found out in the morning that the tub doesn't drain, and the bathroom fan doesn't work. All in all, was a good hotel to stay, especially when in a pinch. Will definitely stay here again.

Well located hotel in Richmond

Pros: It's location.
Cons: Microwave in the room. Restaurant was closed in the hotel due to B.C. Family Day which was an inconvenience.
Location: Well located hotel close to a variety of restaurants and shopping malls and easy access to highways to Vancouver.
Overall good experience with this hotel. Well located in Richmond, easy access with parking. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was deceiving

Pros: Nice beds
Cons: Make it clear if breakfast is included or not! Don't hide it in small print. I book these all the time and this has never happened.
9 minutes from airport. Hotel was nice. I was very disappointed in their booking. I use Expedia all the time to book hotels. I always search for hotels with Breakfast included. I was traveling with my family so had to book 2 rooms at $196 each. Because there were 5 of us I looked for a hotel that included breakfast. This hotel came up - however you need to read the fine print to see that Breakfast is "available for $18 each". That's another $100 on our bill. As we sat in the restaurant every single customer that came in faced the same predicament.
