Pros: Staff helpfulness.
Cons: A tub.
Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the interests and amenities in the surrounding area. Room was great but would have liked to have a tub, not just a shower.

I think this hotel is not managing well enough, hotel could be more clean with this price.

Top notch front desk.

Location: Close to airport. Subway station is within a short walk.
Great rooms, bed, and staff. This hotel gets fives all the way.

Vancouver Richmond Four Points

Pros: Rooms are in good condition with comfortable size. Great location with all the good restaurant and desert place
Cons: Parking should be free!!!!

The Vancouver Richmond Four Points Sheraton Hotel is located in a perfect area were all the good restaurant and convenient store. Hotel is clean and comfort, Hotel Staff is nice and fake. One thing I really do not like is parking, we have to pay $10 plus tax, service fee and currency exchange fees. I had Paid $75 usd for 3 nights parking just in this hotel!

Not an airport transfer friendly hotel

Terrible shuttle service. Front staff not organized at late check in but was prepaid. Room had hair in bathroom and bed. Toilet appeared used. Refrigerator was noisy. Check out staff were unaware of the issues even though individual was there at check in. Not friendly or helpful. No effort to try to turn around the situation.
