Nous avons fait un long séjour en famille avec des enfants à cet hôtel et ce fut une très belle expérience. L'endroit est chaleureux, bien situé, à proximité du Skytrain parcourant Burnaby, la ville de Vancouver et les autres secteurs à proximité. L'accès à pied est toutefois difficile parce qu'il n'y a pas de trottoir dans le stationnement. Nous avions une chambre avec cuisinette complète, très pratique et propre, de même que des lits confortables. Nos avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le spa extérieurs. Le seul petit conseil serait de mettre un duo de laveuse sécheuse plus récent pour les clients, mais il reste que la disponibilité de ce service est déjà très apprécié. Il s'agit d'un hôtel où nous avons un séjour fort agréable.

We love all pets and we are a dog friendly hotel however we do have a fee for pets. We see you made your reservation through a third party company and we have let all third party companies know that our specific property is a pet friendly hotel as well as what the fee is for bringing your pet. Seems the third party company you booked with does say we are a pet friendly hotel with a fee but fails to say what the fee is. Their site does say though to call the hotel for more information. We do not control how these third party websites word their sites but they have been given all our information. Not all hotels are pet friendly but we are one in Burnaby. Anyone who books with us directly looking for a pet friendly room, we always let them know the fee. The room had hair all over the floor, they hadn’t vacuumed before I arrived. There must have been a hockey tournament in town because the last night I couldn’t sleep at all due to the running around and slamming of doors above me. All night long, both nights, I dealt with people coming up to the window in my room (outside) and banging on it. I didn’t feel safe what so ever. They deactivated my room keys and tried to say the room wasn’t booked which was very confusing. I seemed to be inconveniencing the staff every time they saw me. I rented a movie for 25$ that’s already on streaming services because the tv and cable system is so outdated that you couldn’t watch anything without a huge glitch and wait for each episode, no episode guide. The movie wouldn’t rewind and the volume didn’t work so I could hear most of it. And it was 25$. This was a horrible stay and I will not be returning. The staff didn’t ask how the stay was when I was leaving and seemed incredibly inconvenienced when I was leaving. 0/10 would not recommend.

I am most disappointed to learn that your time with us was well below the expectation that we at the Executive Suites Hotel always try to provide. Certainly, this is not typical of the level of service and accommodations for which our hotel is well known for, and I wish to extend our most sincere apologies for your inconvenience. We do have all and any sporting teams that when staying with us read over and sign a waiver regarding our no noise policy. We also have a security company on premise patrolling the hotel and the hallways. If any Guests call down with any mention of noise we immediately have it addressed. We definitely will pass on your feedback to our Housekeeping Supervisor and have your comment shared and looked at. I see you were charged for the movie and will makes sure this charge is credited back to you. Our outside movie system is an up-to-date system and new release movies (that are still in theatres or just released) come with the 25.00 price tag. We do value all feedback both good and bad and by researching all your comments we had no record of any of it. If you do happen to stay with us again please feel free to communicate any issues you have with Reception so we can address any issues and correct problems should they occur as we want all our Guests to be comfortable and enjoy their stay. First off the booking was for a Junior suite and they made a mistake and booked us in a regular room-this was corrected as my son and I were not interested in having to sleep together. -the hot tub was lukewarm and very rough. -the pool was not heated...ugh. -the hot tub looked like it needed a good power wash. Overall it was okay, I think I will just rent two rooms at a cheaper hotel next time.

Hello Diana,I am sorry that there was an error on your booking, but, I am happy that we were able to correct it for you right away.I can assure you that the pool and hot tub are heated but I am sorry that it was not what you were expecting. The hot tub is clean and is power washed on a regular basis (it is drained every Monday and serviced), the reason it has a sand colour on the bottom is because of the non-slip coating that was used when it was put into use for the season.Glad that you were comfortable and that you had a nice visit.Have a wonderful day.

Overall good stay. The faucet was pretty dated for how pricey the hotel is, and the tub stopper didnt fully fit so it kept draining during my bath. Pretty minor issues though, so not detrimental.
