With 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, this house offers an open floor plan for a living space with a dining room and kitchen. Fully fenced backyard is perfect for kids and pets with a direct access to the park. It provides all essentials for your short and long-term stays. Fully stocked kitchen, extra bedding, washer and dryer, relaxing atmosphere with beautiful greenery in the backyard. Convenient location, close to major roads and stores. Comfy sectional sofa in the living room with 55'' Roku TV, kids toys and books, high chair. Baby crib or packNplay can be provided upon request. This property is set up solely for guests. Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $150. One thing to note is that it's a duplex with a garage converted into ADU, rented out separately. One parking spot on the driveway, and many parking spots available on the street. Although the property is older, it was clean and comfortable. The wooded area outback was a nice buffer and kept traffic noise to a minimum, the neighborhood was quiet after dark. A couple of notes, the backyard and patio set are in major need of some TLC. The scent diffusers where unpleasant to us (to the point we put them outside during our stay. The reason it wasn't a full 5 stars was that we had to fill the gas tank for the grill, had to pick up dog excrement in the back yard, the faucet on the bathtub/shower in the main bathroom didn't work, and the burners on the stove were so hot that we had to turn it on/off in order to cook. Having two dogs we were concerned but it worked out perfectly with the fenced in backyard and the adjoining park. We were able to take the dogs on long walks which was a bonus! The home had a great floorplan for the four of us and had everything that we needed although we didn't know spend a lot of time in the home.
