Close to Gas Town, waterfront and other attractions, plus a train station very nearby. The train does come very frequently but the noise didn’t bother us. Easy access to the train station requires walking up many steps. The arm of the couch was missing all of the support so you could not sit comfortably on one side. Building was very secure and close to shops, restaurants, groceries, liquor stores, transit and science world. The large pool, hot tub and sauna was a great feature and kept the kids busy so we didn't actually spend too much time in the room. The gym was also quite large with good equipment. We were pleased to find ourselves on the 32nd floor with great views from all rooms. The condo was clean and welcoming. Checkin turned out to be easier than it sounded on paper, though the directions from parking to elevator never worked for us -- we explored and found our own way. We had been told not to try to enter the building before the checkin time, so it wasn't really a surprise when we arrived ten minutes early and had to wait. The neighborhood is wonderful. We loved the Asian T&T Supermarket located directly across the circle and bought hot food at their deli many times during our stay. The condo owner is tops when it comes to responsiveness to questions and requests. The bathroom outlets and television didn't work at first and the owner had them back in working order very quickly (resolution was resetting the circuit breaker and "reprogramming" the television).
