Step inside this stylish townhouse and discover a thoughtfully designed space perfect for your Vancouver getaway. The heart of the home is the open-concept living area, seamlessly blending the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Large windows flood the space with natural light, offering stunning city views. The living room is furnished for comfort and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, making meal preparation a breeze. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, ideal for enjoying meals together. The townhouse features two comfortable bedrooms, each designed as a private sanctuary. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds. There are two full bathrooms, offering both functionality and style. Each bathroom includes a bathtub and all essential amenities. Step outside onto the patio or balcony, a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. This townhouse also offers the convenience of in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire townhouse, including the open-concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. You'll also have access to complimentary internet access throughout your stay. Please note that this is a private townhouse, ensuring a comfortable and secluded experience for all guests.

You're a short stroll from Granville Island Market (approx. 20-minute walk), a foodie paradise with fresh produce, artisan goods, and lively street performers. Explore the trendy shops and diverse dining options along South Granville (approx. 10-minute walk), known for its boutiques and art galleries. For your daily needs, a major grocery store is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk. Enjoy easy access to public transportation, making it simple to explore other Vancouver neighborhoods. Experience the perfect blend of urban convenience and local charm.  
  
Getting Around:  
Getting around Vancouver is a breeze from our townhouse! Public transportation is easily accessible, with bus stops located a short walk away on West 7th Avenue. From there, you can connect to the Canada Line SkyTrain, providing quick access to downtown Vancouver, YVR Airport, and other key destinations. The nearest SkyTrain station is approximately a 15-20 minute bus ride away. For those driving, street parking is available, and there is also paid parking options nearby. Please note that parking availability may vary depending on the time of day and street. The townhouse is conveniently located for car travel, with easy access to major routes like Granville Street and Burrard Street. Travel time to YVR Airport is approximately 25-30 minutes by car or public transit.

Please note the check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. We kindly ask that you respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Street parking is available, and paid parking options are nearby. Please be aware that parking availability may vary. This townhouse is not suitable for events or parties. For check-in, you will receive a link to a guest portal where you'll need to provide a valid government-issued ID and a selfie. Once completed, check-in instructions will be available. We want you to have a comfortable stay, so please let us know if you have any questions.

I had a very pleasant stay. I would happily book there again. I am a fan of the neighborhood. It’s close to much and the coffee shop across the street, Mon Pitou, is my favourite in Vancouver.
