I have to say we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The room service staff were amazing but the food was average- Drink at the bar were lovely. If you have an extra person staying on the pull out coach ensure you get a topper as the mattress available is less than desirable. The room itself was decent - 6th floor didn't have a good view of anything. Our upgrade to a kitchen suite wasn't needed and we felt like it took up space we could have used but we're over all happy and would consider staying again.

We booked this room to go to a hockey game. It was just a short walk to Rogers Arena. The room was good and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all excellent. The food in the S and S restaurant was good. I would definitely stay here again.

My $279 booking ended up costing over $400. I accidentally reserved parking (which i found out after, was included), but they took the $43 anyway and would not budge. After explaining for almost 10 minutes, I got frustrated and wanted to leave. Additionally, They offered a $50 credit that we could use for food and bev, however they neglected to tell us it had to be charged to the room. So upon check out, there was "nothing they could do", not even apply the credit to the overcharged room. The cashier even admitted it was there error, but was not willing to make it right. I would not stay here again for these reasons.

Amazing visit! We arrived early and we were able to check in early! The check in process was pleasant. Hotel was in a great location where we could walk and access many local sites. Highly recommended this hotel.

We had a great stay the Delta Hotels Downtown Suites. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Upon check in we were offered an upgrade for a top floor corner suite at a fantastic price. I would definitely stay here again when we're back in town.
