One of our favourite places to stay in the Vancouver area. Unfortunately this time, one of the beds was very noisy. And the breakfast food made us sick. Everything else was very good.

Room Aircondition was very old and making noise. Couple of sockets were not working. Parking was bit far.Bed was very uncomfortable.

Rooms at back of hotel could be noisy due to industrial yard where fork lifts, trucks and back up bewoners could be heard operating.

Very clean rooms and the staff were great! The breakfast was kept fully stocked even during the busiest time and the food options were more than enough. The front desk attendants were friendly and helpful and even gave a free room upgrade on a busy night. The locations is great super close to the mall and a tim hortons right next door. Parking lot is big and has more than enough parking and easy access to the road. Bus stops nearby to catch to local shopping centers and restaurants. No odd smells, no bad people and overall a great stay and ill definitely return. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Langley area.

An honest review. We have not stayed in Langley before. Upon driving up to the hotel, we realized it is located in an industrial area, not attractive or at all appealing. There are no restaurants close by except a Tim Hortons. We checked into a large pet-friendly room on the main floor. The room was not clean, there was food, dirt and dust bunnies all over the floor, plus a lot ants by the entry. We went to front desk to see if we could move rooms. The hotel was quite full, and the front desk didn't have another pet friendly room for us and wanted to down-grade us to a smaller room than we booked. However, with some negotiation, we got the same room size as we booked, just on another floor. We appreciated the exception very much. The new room was MUCH better - nice and clean and comfortable with a separate bedroom, living and kitchenette area and ensuite type bathroom. After the move, we had no further issues with the room. A bit later in the afternoon, we noticed a bus full of young men arrive - and we thought "oh no" - in our experience teams are not the quietest guests. But a huge shout out to that team who stayed there - never would have known they were there. Thank you for the respect you showed other guests. The breakfast was good - lots of choices. Overall a good stay at this hotel. It was quiet except for a bit of road noise. The staff was friendly. Would we stay here again? Probably not because of the area the hotel was in - personal preference.

Our rooms are cleaned and inspected upon a guest's checkout by our housekeeping staff and our head housekeeper. Judging by your experience, it appears that our system broke down somewhere along the line. Please rest assured that we have shared your feedback with the appropriate hotel team to ensure that this does not happen again. We hope to impress you on your next visit.

Stayed here once before and loved it. Was glad to see the location hasn’t changed much at all. There was someone (homeless person?) rummaging through the garbages as we left. I also didn’t get a receipt for my stay, which was sort of frustrating.
