The suite has one comfortable bedrooms with a king size bed and one living room with a double size sofabed, plus a full bathroom only for you. Located in the most luxurious and quiet community in the heart of Richmond. 15 minutes drive to Vancouver international Airport, about 20 minutes drive to BC ferries. The suite is part of 1st floor of our house., and completely private separately entrance with digital lock. The entrance is at left side of the house. 15 minutes drive to Vancouver International Airport, 20 minutes drive to BC Ferry, 20 minutes drive to downtown Vancouver, 5 minutes drive to Richmond Center, 20 minutes drive to UBC University. 7 minutes walk to Broadmoor Village shopping center, 4 minutes walk to the bus station, 5 minutes walk to Richmond's largest community park (South Arm Community Park). It takes 7 minutes to walk to the large food supermarket Fresh Co. and the lifestyle supermarket Shoppers. The famous milk tea shop Coco. bars, Hong Kong-style restaurants, fried chicken restaurants, pizzerias, Vietnamese rice noodles, Japanese cuisine, Korean cuisine... there are all kinds of cuisines from all over the world. The host (on site in the "main" house) is responsive, flexible and kind. The location is convenient, not far from YVR and in a quiet neighborhood in Richmond where there are many good restaurants. If I go to Vancouver again, I would try to book this property. It appears there are two rental facilities sharing some walls.
