Property was in very convenient and safe downtown location. Easy checkin. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had tub and wonderful shower head! Toilet had bidet which was a wonderful extra. Bathroom toiletries and towels were of good quality. The room was rather large with sparse furnishings. An extra chair and table would have filled out space nicely. But all the other comforts made up for apparent the lack of furniture.

Very nice hotel, I’m a great location, close to Stanley Park. Eco friendly. Good amenities like gym and pool. However the parking is OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE!

It was an overall OK experience. Only one comment - regarding the complementary slippers - do all your guests (other than my husband) have feet that are size 6 or less?

The property was close to the people we were there to visit and well located to the waterfront, Stanley Park and Robson Street restaurants and shopping. We had to leave a day early due to a family illness but were unable to get credit back for the night we did not use.

Overall, the experience was pretty "meh" for the price. The walls were paper thin and I could hear the conversations on both sides of me and they were not talking very loudly. I also really dislike it when the provided shampoo is just a wall dispenser and not locked down. Anyone could just screw open the top and put whatever they like into it. I'm sure this saves the hotel money over having to provide a little bottle, but I've been in other hotels where they actually lock these down so that other guests cannot tamper with them. Considering the price of these rooms and comparing to other hotels in the Vancouver area, this really wasn't worth it.

It was my second visit to the coast hotel... I was always satisfied with the clean and comfortable room. The hotel's location was convenient as it was close to many restaurants, cafes, and shopping. If you have friends who are planning to visit Vancouver, I recommend this hotel!
