Spacious 2BR/1BA lower unit near YVR Airport, SkyTrain, and the Fraser River. Features include a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, high-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, and free parking. The unit is private and separate from both the upstairs home and the other lower unit, offering comfort and privacy throughout your stay. Take advantage of our winter promotion! A 30% discount for stays in November, December, January, and February is already reflected in the listed price.  
  
This 2BR/1BA lower unit offers a comfortable home-away-from-home experience. The bedrooms feature cozy beds with fresh linens, and the bathroom includes all essentials. Relax in the bright living area with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy, and the space is private, well-lit, and thoughtfully arranged for a convenient and enjoyable stay.  
  
Guests have full use of the lower unit and its kitchen, bathroom, and living area. Free outdoor parking is available, though it may be shared with the other lower unit if both are occupied. The unit has a private entrance for a comfortable and separate stay.  
  
We respect your privacy but are happy to provide assistance whenever needed. You can reach us through Airbnb messaging.
