Hello Vladimir, we are proud to mention about our bar downstair, Malone's, which is a well-know place in the city for meeting with friend and live music or karaoke nights, we know that can be noisy for some guests sleep, so we provide for free earplugs at the Front Desk, which is open 24 hours, and also when possible, locate you in a room further from the bar, more likely to be possible during low occupancy. We work hard to give you the best experience.About the rooms, we are in a heritage building, and even though we would love to renovate all, we are improving step by step and also with certain limitations because of the beautiful building that we have.But no worries, we did the renovations for the kitchen, common area and also toilets and showers at the beginning of the year, so we will keep doing it!!!!

I am so sorry that the hostel did not meet your expectations. Our hostel has a pub that is well known in the city as a place to gather with friends for some drinks and music.

Hi Philip,Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry the hostel didn't meet your expectations. Management is working on providing fans in Summer since we know it's getting really hot. I am sorry the room that you have stayed in didn't have bathrooms. Actually, all of our rooms are shared bathrooms. Regarding the price, we agreed that Vancouver can be expensive during summer.
