It is close to UBC and relatively close to the Kitsilano Beach area. The layout is perfect for two couples or a family. The main shared spaces include the kitchen, bathroom and apartment entry. The two rooms offer separate sleeping areas that have been thoughtfully set up for potential use as shared spaces as well - offering an office space (i.e., desk) or table for 4 to sit and eat, and sitting areas to relax.
